Had to return to store 2 times. The first time my order was cold and wrong. The second time the sandwich was hard and not fresh and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it because they were really busy. If one person gets fresh food we all should and it should not take 3 times to get it right. Poor service Danville IL!

I was shocked this place is still open it’s always empty I even offered to bring business to the store as a area developer and catering expert they told me they don’t need anything from me that the owner takes care of them well this is my third time there not to eat but just to do a positive review so that I could become apart of the solution and add too my career by bringing Hardee’s back the way I used to love it but to bad they tossed my business card I would have love to join this team my first time was when I came to get some fry’s 3 weeks ago they were so nasty I threw them out 2 mins after I got them also I ask to speak to the manager the shift leader said she could help me but I told her I want the store manager not shift leader and she refused starting it’s her shift she’s in charge but due to her unprofessional attitude I wanted the GM which was standing in the back I could see but didn’t want to speak to me wow guys

Ashley and Brittany pulled out all the stops for us yesterday. After a long day of packing, moving and being rained on the hunger was a real issue. The ladies in Hardee's were kind, and full of spirit and smiles. They served more than a meal. They served hope and encouragement with a side of hot food.
They were not very busy but they should be. The food was good but the service was so much better. Get out of your car. Say hello. Connect for a minute. You may be surprised how much more you get with your meal when you leave your bad day behind for a moment and try to be human again with others.

Nicole was super friendly and was down to earth . Her customer service definitely goes above anyone else there , my food was fresh and made correctly. Definitely a good experience !!
Absolutely horrible, excessively expensive Mayb not this location but I could've done different with tge money . Now over n above that I'm not big on soda maybe root beer or pepper once in a while . The pepper was out N couldn't b changed OK fine I opted to do with out . However not even a thought to mark that dispenser out of order. The fries were very over done.
