I stopped for lunch.I had not been there for 25 years. The mushrooms and Swiss burger was very good.
They have dinner specials. Wednesday is spaghetti, Thursday is prime rib!
I will be going back.

We waited an hour for 2 hamburgers but they were good. The staff seemed busy there just wasn't enough of them.

Excellent food. Super nice bartender. Relaxed atmosphere. Kids are welcome. The bathroom keeps me from giving it all 5 stars.

A little high priced for only getting chips as a side. I had the bacon cheeseburger with pepper jack, lettuce, tomato, onion. (Don't need 2 1/2" slices of onion)
THE BEST HAMBURGER I HAVE EATEN AT ANY RESTAURANT IN MY LIFE!!!!!!
This should be an option on suggestions.
Didn't think kids walking around inside a bar was okay.

My wife and I finally visited the I & I Steakhouse, and we were not disappointed. He came on a Friday night and tried the All You Can Eat catfish dinner. It was delicious. Great fish, obviously fresh, hand breaded, great quality, and prepared perfectly. The Cole slaw was clearly prepared fresh. And the hushpuppies were possibly the best I've ever had.

The food & service was excellent. The only negative thing I can say is that dogs are NOT allowed on the patio even though Google said they were. Good thing I called first!

We were out of towners and drove up it was past prime time for dinner. We were tried and questioned should we try the I & I state line tavern for a place to eat. We all ordered something different. The service was top-notch. Never waited menus, drinks, very welcoming. The atmosphere was good. Also, the name of " tavern" was misleading they had quite a menu, and what came out of the kitchen was better tasting than some high-priced places in big cities I have dined. It's very much of a gem in the rough. The two ladies that waited on couldn't have done a better job. As I observed, this was how all customers were treated. Will probably never be back in the area, but should I find my myself there. I'd find a way to eat there.

The Blondie is hands down the best burger that I’ve ever had! The sweet and savory combo is worth the drive!!! The batter on the fries and onion rings were a pleasant change from the norm. Jessica was so friendly and helpful. She added to the positive experience for sure! We will be stopping again the next time we are driving through the area from Indy. Can’t wait to taste some Riggs Hefeweizen (or other options) Draft next time as well! ;)
