Jersey Mike's Subs

This place is great! So much better than other sub sandwich places that shall not be named lol. Staff is always really friendly and I love to get my subs Mike's way. Highly recommended!

I would personally give the little 90 lb emo girl with 2 different colors in her hair a lesson on customer service and manners. I won't be coming back to this location. Food was great as always though.

Awful, Paid over $27.00 for one large sub and 2 drinks. Had to ask for a wet rag which she gave me a dry one to clean our table, the bathroom was disgusting and bonus, there was no soap so I had to tell them about that. This is a new store, not one person greeted us, smiled or said thank you. We won't be back!

This is my second time ordering your sandwich in Danville, IL and it’s been very disappointing. Had 5 employees working, I was the only one in the place. I ordered a clubsub #8 and the first one had too much mayo about an inch thick they didn’t ask if I wanted it done Mikes way. The second time they had the sandwich ready and it fell apart when they were wrapping it. Instead of fixing it they just wadded it up in the wrapper. You need to train the folks better. I realize you’re new, but customer service is not good! Please train them properly and watch them for a while they are broke in. They were talking about I’m not cleaning that, it ain’t my job!I love Jersey Mikes in other towns like Naples FL. Send help!!!It happened the day of my writing the review at 330pm. I have a picture of the sandwich too!

Sadly, last night sandwich not as expected, my regular looked smaller than normal and bread very tough, usually softer.

Not clean in the dinning room or work areas, didn't take a coupon that wasn't expired, no ranch on my sandwich. Not impressed.

Not clean in the dinning room or work areas, had a buy 1 get 1 free card that didn't have an expiration date on it but was told it was no longer valid and had it for only 2 weeks, no ranch on my sandwich or none at all couldn't tell. Will not return.
