Horrible attitudes all around. The cashier. The manager. Wild. Went in to get a Philly cheese cut in half. Was told to skip the line and pay since I got hot food and the people in front of me were getting their sandwiches dressed. So I did and got a ton of attitude from the cashier for it. She said they were first and I needed to wait. Her attitude got under my skin so I asked why am I being told 2 different things??? she then call me maam (I'm a man) and said she would take my money. Got my sandwich and asked the man that handed it to me if it was cut in half like I asked. He said he did. I got in the car and started to drive away as my passenger unwrapped the sandwich. They asked why it wasn't cut in half..... do better

Good food but a bit on the pricey side. I paid $20 for 2 medium sandwiches, but the quality and taste were great.

It was a bit busy in there but we got our food quickly. My husband and I got the number 26 and it was good! The staff were very nice as well!

Not clean in the dinning room or work areas, didn't take a coupon that wasn't expired, no ranch on my sandwich. Not impressed.

3/2/24 Very nice new store, I'm going to chalk this one up to new staff and perhaps not knowing the prep, perhaps? I went yesterday before lunch, long line new store. I get it people want to learn the MIKES WAYS or others like me who have longed for great subs near to home or work. I ordered the #2 Jersey Shore Favorite, regular size. I when I got to work open the wrapper and notice there are 3 slices of provolone, 3 slices of cappacuolo and 3 slices of ham. The mikes way filled the rest of the bread. Basically it was a "Mikes Way" salad sandwich. I do not believe the proper proportions of deli meats were followed. To be fair, I should have seen this coming. I watched the slicer prep 2 ham and cheese sandwich's for a kids meal. 1 slice of ham 1 slice of cheese. Now the bread is great, but it's not what we are coming for. Like I said I hope it's because it's new staff learning the process and I will try again. There are several Jersey Mikes we will not go to based on bad experiences and then we have our favorite locations as well. Let's hope for a better experience!!

Not clean in the dinning room or work areas, had a buy 1 get 1 free card that didn't have an expiration date on it but was told it was no longer valid and had it for only 2 weeks, no ranch on my sandwich or none at all couldn't tell. Will not return.
