Went to the establishment to pick up an order for my home church. Handed the young lady cash a $50 and $20 for a $56 order. She then tells me we don't take $50 my boy. I stated that I saw no sign that states you don't take $50 bills. She said $20 or smaller you gotta figure it out before your pizza get cold. I informed her that I don't think I'll be back to this establishment. I normally order from the Tilton location and that's what I did. Had to make sure that the kids got their pizza. I will also, update the church board about what happened and encourage them to take their business else where. Very unprofessional.

I’ve seen an employee come from outside and got right on the food table without washing her hands and they don’t use gloves. Also needs to hire more staff on weekends, I’ve been waiting an hour and 15mins for food to be delivered.

I ordered almost 40$ in pizza yesterday and it wasn't even cheesy the cheese was burnt the crust was so hard my son could not even eat it it was for delivery so I messaged doordash to get a redelivery or a refund and they have a policy so that didn't work so I tried calling the store but they didn't answer so we had no choice but to eat the pizza which was nasty and hard I have 3 kids and 2 with disabilities my mother helped us get that food with her money so I called little Caesars today with my order and how it was hard and burnt and since we are the pizza there's apparently nothing they can do with my order I'm sorry it's either feed my kids over cooked pizza or starve should I have saved the pizza and starved my hungry children all because you don't no how to answer the phone when I tried to call and complain about it I always loved getting pizzas from here but now they basically blame you for eating the pizza when it's burnt and then decline you of a refund or reorder how is it my fault you can't cook a pizza without burning it I want pizzas that cheese stretches and cheesy like the commercial shows not burnt hard pizza that we had to eat just so we didn't starve that night sorry not everyone is rich to reorder more food like some people so ya we ait the burnt pizzas because y'all don't no how to answer the phone and I'm not trying to hear my autistic son cry and scream all night about how he's hungry so whatever dude I'm done being nice to people this store is trash and don't use doordash because they won't help either

Stood there for 30 plus minutes for no one to take my order whole lobby full of people the 2 in the back not helping no one never in life have I delt with. I ended up walking out after waiting 30 mind for them to tell me it will be 25 mins before they can take my order that would have been a hr standing there to place order

Purchased 2 large crazy bread stuffed crust pizzas, bread sticks, 2 ice cold cheese sauces, and crazy puffs. ALL of the crust on both pizzas and crazy puffs was BURNT. Only could eat the middle of the pizzas and the crazy puffs were absolutely uneatable. Total waste of our money. Kids still hungry so now I have to go to McDonald's to feed them as no one answers the phone at this North Bowman Little Caesars. Great night ruined!
