Terrible experience!! They Need more people to work at this location.The 2 employees got over whelmed and were extremely rude. I said hey I did an online order and cut me off and said she couldn’t give me information right now and I had to wait. The employee didn’t ask for my name or what my order was and then proceeded to help everyone else and gave free bread sticks out to a group of girls that came in after me. I placed my order exactly an hour before I came up here because I already knew they would be busy. After this experience I will not be coming back to this location. Just terrible!

Pizza was undercooked. Lobby was a mess. They were out of ingredients for multiple entrees we had come to order and the staff was openly talking poorly about the customers waiting for their orders in the lobby.

I'm here right now and they are blaring a freaking movie so loud in the back that I can't even hear the guy taking my order! So unprofessional! Plus, I heard the girl in back yell that they don't have cheesebread after I already paid for it. Maybe if they turned the movie down they could be on the same page. So disappointed. This place has went waaaay downhill in the past year.

Was delivered wrong order. They offered refund. Little Ceasers and Door Dash who delivered order have lost my business. Both deserve negative stars but I had to put one to review here.

I was delivered the wrong order. I was delivered an order set to be picked up. I was delivered the order of another reviewer here. Little Ceasers refused to answer the phone to fix my order. I had to call customer help and they did not fix my order only offered to refund it. (They lied, they didn't) Leaving my only option to place and pay for another order online. No way! The Door Dasher who delivered refused to answer texts and repeatedly hung up phone calls. Both companies gave terrible service and I will not be using either again. They deserve no stars.
