Not sure who the lady with the glasses was running the drive on 3/27 today at 9:30am but she needs retraining on service and ATTITUDE. Dismissive all the way through the interaction, at the drive through didn’t ask if my order was complete, she just told me to pull to the window. It was clear she had an attitude. Then proceeded to not give me my receipt and shut the window after barely saying have a good day. Learn some patience and respect with your customers. I would put in a review on the app but you know, I didn’t get a receipt.

When I told them they had a few friends (cockroachs) in the bathroom, the manager blew it off like it was no big deal and was kinda rude when I asked for a refund for my mobile order.

I arrived at about 7:30pm on 02/01/2025. There was a vehicle in front of us in line, which then moved forward so we were the only car in both lanes at the speaker. The lady on the speaker told us to give her a minute, multiple times before taking two other vehicle orders before ours, which weren't previously there. Okay, that's fine. We pull up to the side of the drive thru, where there are two cars in front of us in line. One is at the second window where you receive your food, and the second car is directly in front of us at the first window where you pay. We wait a couple minutes when we realize that there is no car in front of the vehicle at the first window. They should have been able to pay by now, as it's been about 5 minutes since they've been at the pay window and there are 0 cars in the drive thru in front of them. We decide to just sit there and wait until we realize that it's been about 13 minutes since we've been waiting for the car in front of us, at the pay window, to move forward. Now, I'm not a temper person. I just needed to leave soon because I had a babysitting gig at 8:00pm and I can't be late for that. We both decide to call inside to see if there's an issue and if I need to cancel my order. We call inside, a girl picks up and we explain our issue to them that we don't know what's going on, and she hangs up. We decide to wit 2-3 more minutes and a girl (assumingly the girl who we spoke to on the phone) sticks her head out of the drive-thru window and hands the man (car in front of us) his money/card. I don't understand why it took 14 minutes total to complete that single transaction. I completely understand that there are possibilities that they might be training or something like that, but there was atleast 6 people working inside. 14 minutes is a little overkill. We pull up after the customer in front of us receives his money/card, pay, and grab our food. Low and behold, the food was cold and my ice cream was melting. Womp Womp

I pulled in with my girlfriend to get her 1st large fry after the recovery of her surgery. We get to McDonald's on Gilbert and give the code for the app then when trying to give the code for the large fry we were told no we can't use our code. The night shift should be trained on how to use the McDonald's rewards system better. It's honestly not hard to just press buttons and get paid. These order takers need monitored. My old job Burger King is better anyway.

This is the grossest McDonald's I've ever visited. The play area was too disgusting to use. Even my two year old (who plays with his poo) said it was "too stinky." The group in front of us at the front desk got a refund because a cockroach fell out of the ice machine while they were getting their drinks. I couldn't eat my food after that.

i am very dissappointed i went in for a job interview and waited 2 hours having to come back waited another hour the manager running the store was a guy and he didnt look interested at all in my interview dude was a dick i literally said i have a license can work anytime at this deadly restraunt where people get shot over a sandwhich and i felt like i wasnt taken serious or given a fair chance dude rolled his eyes wouldnt even look at me then asked me what i was going to do if i got punched over a sandwhich…. if it really takes all this bs to get a job at mcdonalds that doesnt even pay your bills this place is just absolutely pitiful

Liars can't even get the Google hours correct. Try to order food at 10:50 and then can't checkout. Pay them 4 bucks an hour maybe they'll figure out how to do one of the easiest jobs properly

I am very disappointed I paid for a large fry and they only filled it half way if even. Like seriously.
I don’t usually do this but I’m very upset with this.
And they also taste very old.

Its rare your order comes completely right. And most of the time when you get it you have to build the burger yourself because it looks like they just throw everything in a box and call it good.

McDonald's is ok but it does get tiring when you're the only car in line or even just a couple of cars in line and you still have to pull around the corner to the front and wait.
