Normally everything is great when I go in the morning, but today I went and had my order placed ahead of time so I could just run through drive and grab it, they took forever with it and my Carmel frappe tastes like literal cleaning products. It tastes like it has a hint of a floral taste which baffles me. Im extremely upset cause normally everything is fine.
I arrived at about 7:30pm on 02/01/2025. There was a vehicle in front of us in line, which then moved forward so we were the only car in both lanes at the speaker. The lady on the speaker told us to give her a minute, multiple times before taking two other vehicle orders before ours, which weren't previously there. Okay, that's fine. Always get excellent service and good food. I dined in but sometimes drive thru which is quick .
