This place never seems to get it right…always long wait times I waited 25 mins for my order today to be luke warm and soggy fries with a CAN of sprite to drink. Since no one took my order at the counter I used the kiosk and apparently the drinks shouldn’t be on there because they had none to offer. No frappes were available either. I understand things happen but it seems to be an every visit occurrence here. I try not to visit this location if I have time to find another

Took nearly 15 minutes to even get someone to take my order, and then got to sit there and listen to the staff talking mad trash about the customers. Food might be okay, but the service is disgusting. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

0/5 to be honest i could give zero. If possible -1. I went and got my 2 hot and spicy mc chicken. I came to my office parking lot and ate my one sandwich. After eating and trying to throw the wrapper away I found out chewed up chewing gum wrap in Ross paper in wrapper. I went to go show them. Manager show no remorse or no apology. They were neither courteous nor sorry. I told them to give me number of owners how owns this franchise on bowman. But she clearly refused and blamed me saying that I put the chewing gum in there. Say that I planned to get my money back. I asked her to give me name or number of her. She refused and responded with snarky comments and remarks. I explained her again it not about money but about my health. It’s about safety and quality of food. The feed people. She still refuses to give out her name or name of owners of franchises or number to contact anyone. I complained every thing and told about incidents to corporate. Please see photos and image for proof. I let her know. I make enough money I was not about money or refund but about food safety and health of people. She threatened to call cops on if i didn’t leave but all i asked my number owners she also took my receipt and refused to gave it back but i did take photo of my receipt before she snatched it away from my hand.

It'd be great if they don't skip you in line to serve the other lane's cars, get your food rung up wrong, and when you double-check it is right at the window they STILL do it wrong. This McDonald's is a joke, 99% of the time at least one employee has to have an attitude or they completely ignore us in favor of other vehicles who got there after us. Either fix your lane headsets or hire competent staff that can actually take an order as simple as 'egg and cheese'. Every time I have ordered here it has been wrong. I'm done giving this location a chance.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. They regularly close before they're supposed to, get shitty with customers. I've been threatened by management and had to call the cops on them for refusing to give food ordered online. It's pathetic.

Workers do not care about what the customers actually want. It took them 3 times to make a mcdouble with no pickle extra onion and after taking it back for the 3rd time the cook yelled out I don't care what she wants so the manager took over and finally made it right. Never have I ever gotten anything right that I have ordered from this location.

Don't waste your time, customer service is horrible. The wait time is insane. Ive now had to cancel my order 3 (different) times because of sitting in the beginning of the driver thru 5 minutes or more waiting for someone to answer. This one's close to home and use to be so nice and convenient. Take the trip to Gilbert save you the headache and rudeness this store supports because even the managers have the same attitude.
