Better to drive across town to the vermillion location
Don't waste your time, customer service is horrible. The wait time is insane. Ive now had to cancel my order 3 (different) times because of sitting in the beginning of the driver thru 5 minutes or more waiting for someone to answer. This one's close to home and use to be so nice and convenient. Take the trip to Gilbert save you the headache and rudeness this store supports because even the managers have the same attitude.

The workers here are useless never get anything right and the customer service sucks if you try getting you food fixed they give you attitude and it's 50/50 if they get it right that time

So I ordered my breakfast through the kiosk @1015 and it told me to take my receipt to the counter to pay. It’s not accepting payments. No one was at the counter I waited 2 other customers came in and waited by the time someone came I guess that was at 1034 breakfast was over at 1030. So needless to say I didn’t get my order no breakfast for me. The entire time an employee assuming a manager was sitting at a table in the lobby. Poor customer service absolutely.

The service sick who they have in the kitchen doesn't now how to make the sandwiches or read the screen to make them right this isn't the first time I have an issue I order my food they give it to someone else or make it wrong

Waited in drive thru for 10mins if not longer, watched 3 cars in the other lane give their orders and proceed to window so we proceeded to the window just to be told we had to go back around and get in the line to order. We drove off. The girl in the window was very rude.
So I ordered a four-piece chicken nugget and when I got to the window the manager was the one handing out the food. So I checked my bag and I noticed that I have a six-piece chicken nugget box that has a nasty dirty sausage sticker stuck to the side of it. I open up the box and you can see that the inside was even dirty. The manager was rude when I asked for her name. She asked me why and I told her because I would like to know the name of the night shift manager. She looked at me and said I don't have a name close the window on me!! FYI I asked an employee from there come to find out her name is Bella
Staff is very passive aggressive. Needs new staff . They are slow at working, & unproductive!. Selective on drive thru. No customer service skills. If you have the option to go else where do it . Will not be coming back .

Typical McDonald's
Bowman drive-thru sucks. They only take I lane at a time. I was in the 2nd lane waiting they took 3 people in the 1st lane before i was acknowledged. I drove off that time. Definitely needs some improvement. The workers do try to rush your food out to you after waiting 15 - 20 minutes when they tell u to pull up or go to the lane and wait.
