So frustrating. Every single time I come, I say I'm ne et coming again. Ordered a big Mac combo and 10 piece chicken Nugget. Was told to pull around front. So after waiting to order in a long line - it was 2:30 in the afternoon - we had to wait another 15 minutes...behind 3 other cars that had to wait.

Ordered 2 happy meals and the girl let go of one before I had a hold of it and it went under my car.She thought I was going to get out of my car and get it!She asked me to pull up and I’ve been waiting 15 minutes for them to make another one!Meanwhile they have taken orders to 3 cars they had pull up after me!

Can I give leas than a 1 star? Went inside and they were not busy. I ordered at the Kiosk like they want. When i went to pay it said I had to pay (with my card) at the counter. It printed me out a ticket to give them. By this time 3 people came in and got in line at the counter ahead of me. She took 2 orders and walked away. Myself (ticket in hand) and one in front of me just sat there. It took so long i walked out. I want to help out and make things faster and easier. I have no problem using the kiosk. But make sure the work correctly or put up a sign please.
We went through the drive-thru on a Saturday evening for two value meals and everything was okay (about what one would expect from McDonald’s. Service was very pleasant, not rude, but very direct, unfriendly, lacking manners and poor customer service skills. Decent place if you need a quick bite, just don’t expect the staff to be very warm.
