Went for breakfast and ordered breakfast sandwiches only to wait 20 mins after being told to drive around the building so a huge woman named Brittany could take the wrong sandwiches and forget about our order. Terrible service, the manager was screaming across the room for the missing sandwiches when she should just hire competent employees.

I have been ordering the steak egg n cheese Bagel but subtitute it on a biscuit for YEARS literally years its my favorite. Never ever had an issue before. Very simple make it exactly like the bagel but on a biscuit. I order it last month they didnt put sauce on it. I ordered it last week no onions or sauce. Today I try again and explain to the girl i want onions, Sauce EVERYTHING just like the bagel. She goes and talks to the cook and comes back and sais i got you. Finally i might get one made correctly. Nope NO ONIONS. Like how hard is this? I literally even explain exactly how i want it. The steak, egg and cheese bagel comes with onions and breakfast sauce. This was never ever an issue before WHY NOW?

Service always sucks, slow, disrespectful, fries are never filled and always cold. The sandwichs are put together horribly. my 5 year old can do a better job. Sucks waiting 15 minutes on a drink while the food they already brought out gets cold.

After a stressful day and a 6 hour drive back from my grandfather's funeral, I decided to stop here and get dinner for my son, myself, and a friend. I gave my order and she told me to pull around while she finished putting it in. I specified a Chicken Big Mac Sandwich, Quarter Pounder Combo, & a Happy Meal. However, after paying, I saw she didn't even put the chicken Big Mac Sandwich on the bill. Instead, when I asked about it, they closed the window in my face then hid their faces speaking to each other, but in a way that could easily be interpreted as speaking negatively about customers. Instead, I was told to go all the way around again to put in the order that I already put in, but they failed to input. Next time, I'll hold the whole line up while I wait for you to input the FULL order before pulling around because this was ridiculous. The attitudes from employees, the poor way things are handled, the lack of professionalism, and the blatantly obvious lack of care is getting old here. This isn't the first bad encounter I've had here and it's only getting worse. Safe yourself the frustration and just go across town.

Ordered a big breakfast with pancakes and an extra order of pancakes, got the bag and all the way home to find 3 pancakes. Paid 14 and some change. Now if they ask me to donate I'll ask them about the money they owe me.
Fast food restaurants used to have a time clock. Just wish they would bring it back They have all of these pulled forward lanes And don't use them They have two lanes, but you have to wait till the other lane.Orders before you get ordered

We went to the MacDonalds on Bowman Avenue Friday evening. We ordered at the drive through window. After waiting at least 10 minutes to order, we waited at least 10 more minutes for one drink because they said the machine was broken for one drink and they didn't serve the other one. When we finally got to the pickup window, all the staff were laughing, yelling, and messing around. Hence the reason for two long lines of customers at the drive through. Unacceptable!
