The customer service is rude from manager taking it on employees in front of me in drive through. To the food. I just threw away a daily double after just one bite cause all I tasted was salt. The look of the burger and the way it was wrapped and thrown in bag tells me eho cared about you. Guess the owners leaving made this place worse.

Oakwood Illinois has the freshest coffee ☕️ make sure you taste test your ice coffee before leaving i had ordered the max suger should of been 20 but tasted like there wasn't any in it

Went for breakfast today and I asked for breakfast sauce on my sandwiches. They put BARELY ANY on them, like I mean it was the bare minimum. So I went and asked for a couple sides of it since they didn't put much on them, I had to pay 1.10 for 2 tiny cups with ONLY THE BOTTOM FILLED IN THEM.

Food was good but why is the ice scooper just sitting out on top of the fountain machine. Very unsanitary! 🫤 I didn't get a drink though which was good

Went for breakfast and ordered breakfast sandwiches only to wait 20 mins after being told to drive around the building so a huge woman named Brittany could take the wrong sandwiches and forget about our order. Terrible service, the manager was screaming across the room for the missing sandwiches when she should just hire competent employees.

Went in and found no one at counter. Employees standing around just gave the stink eye. When finally got tired of waiting, went to find a table. There were plenty of open tables, unfortunately they were filthy. This facility is going to the dogs.

I have been ordering the steak egg n cheese Bagel but subtitute it on a biscuit for YEARS literally years its my favorite. Never ever had an issue before. Very simple make it exactly like the bagel but on a biscuit. I order it last month they didnt put sauce on it. I ordered it last week no onions or sauce. Today I try again and explain to the girl i want onions, Sauce EVERYTHING just like the bagel. She goes and talks to the cook and comes back and sais i got you. Finally i might get one made correctly. Nope NO ONIONS. Like how hard is this? I literally even explain exactly how i want it. The steak, egg and cheese bagel comes with onions and breakfast sauce. This was never ever an issue before WHY NOW?

Service always sucks, slow, disrespectful, fries are never filled and always cold. The sandwichs are put together horribly. my 5 year old can do a better job. Sucks waiting 15 minutes on a drink while the food they already brought out gets cold.
