“Ive been to the mad goat coffee shop many many times and have been a loyal customer for years. Which is why I was so shocked to be treated the way I was last week. I have had nothing but good experiences but last Saturday that all changed. The employee Catherine (Cat) was extremely rude to me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I hope that the proper action is taken with this. Besides this encounter I still recommend mad goat to everyone and will continue to enjoy the delicious lattes and scones.
