This was a wonderful lunch! The service was outstanding! The folks were welcoming and so friendly. The restaurant was clean. The food was hot and delicious! Definitely a great place to stop for lunch or dinner!!

Girk working the window was rude, then waited 20 minutes for “fast food”. Then she brings it out amd didn’t say a word. Not sure why businesses in danville mistreat you for being a paying customer. And if you apply for a service position, don’t even clock in if you’re gonna act like a lazy snob to everybody for wanting food. Grow up. Kitchen clearly sucks too.

Probably the worst service I have ever had to deal with went through the drive-thru paid purchased 1 item was told to pull forward waited 10 minutes figured they had people inside and it was busy not the case I had to pull around park and go in now 30+ minutes later stood in line kid they got working is completely incompetent and moves slower then molasses in winter the amount of time I had to wait for food in a fast food restaurant was ridiculous never going back could have spent less and wasted less time. This popeyes need a serious staff overhaul.

Ordered the food online at 9pm.
Pick up 9.30 pm and the food its not ready. The ladies told me to pull up the front and wait there, i wait 22 min there and still not ready, eveb already 5 cars passing me and got their order. So i decided to pull back and ask them where is my food. And then they ask me again whats my order, i told them i got 2 different order, they make it about 5 min later only one order, then i told them for the third or fourth time if i got another order. Finally they make it my other order. The Blackened chicken its unexpected this time.
The boneless wings is good, but the only things they might need to change the management.

My intention in writing this review in not to condemn this place. My hope is to spark a renewing of the mind in management to better serve customers like me which in a logical sense would like their food served with less aggression and attitude and with more consideration to serving fresh chicken versus cold/dry chicken. I love our Popeys here however the last few times I've been has been extremely disappointing. It's like when you pull up to that drive-through you can expect 2 of 3 things. 1. They only accept exact change or credit cards, so I'm assuming they've probably had issues with thieving in the camp. 2. They aren't running a full menu, meaning whomever suppose to be on top of the inventory is not doing a very good job of keeping count. 3. It's a toss up if your chicken is going to be fresh or cold and dry. At any given day, the toss could go either way at your discretion. Please, somebody come and save our Popeyes because I don't want it to go away!

On a Sunday afternoon After Church!!!!! There's come a time when u want good hot fresh food.... , went here to our local Popeye's and was very disappointed. Over, over, over burnt chicken!!!!!!!!!

Drive through experience: order was wrong, wrong sauce, wrong sides, fries were warm, not hot, chicken strips were thin, over breaded, over cooked, tough to eat, but hot. Biscuit was perfection. I guess saving it for last was the best decision of this experience. Service was good, friendly staff. Can't rate the inside, hopefully it was clean.

I ordered the classic chicken sandwich with fries and red beans & rice. I specifically asked for no pickles, but of course—it came with pickles. The red beans and rice? Pure mush. It tasted like it had been reheated multiple times over a few days due to low sales.

I waited in line for nearly ten minutes and was asked to pull forward so they wouldn't run up the drive-thru time. While I sat there waiting, two cars behind me received their orders and left. I understand a fresh chicken filet takes about 4.5 minutes to cook, so I was willing to be patient—but ten minutes is excessive.

What really sealed the deal was the rude and indifferent attitude of the staff. Cold, unbothered, and unwelcoming. This visit made it clear: I won’t be returning.

Ordered a classic chicken sandwich combo through DoorDash that’s supposed to have 2 sides and a large drink. Order gets placed, 10 mins later I get a call from my dasher saying they’re out of one of the sides I picked and that they offered to substitute for something else. Okay, fine with this since the last time I ordered they didn’t even try and just said they couldn’t substitute for something they were out of. My order arrives and I start looking, this is the 2nd time I’ve ordered fries and have gotten them dry, tasteless, & old. The soda I ordered was soo flat you couldn’t even taste or smell what it was supposed to be, not one bit of carbonation in it. The only good thing out of my entire meal was the mashed potatoes. Definitely gonna call it quits on giving them my service

I just went there on April 16. They are always out of menu items. You cant use card for some reason. Women in drive thru needs to speak up. This place just needs to get new owner or something because it is a let down.

my first ever at popeyes i pull up to the drive thru and i am the only person there, no one inside and no one else in front or behind in the drive thru. they say i can order when ready and i said one moment please and was very rudely told they were on a time limit and i could either order pull back around then order or leave. I left without ordering and will not be back that was so extremely unprofessional i also work in fast food and would never talk to customer like that. especially since i was the ONLY customer there.

I am done supporting this business the food has went down tremendously! They have no problem passing you OLD FOOD , re fried food right out of the window like there’s nothing wrong I just paid almost 20$ for my food I ordered a 5piece spicy 2 sides and a pie the spicy was old and re fried! I came back and asked for a fresh order of 5 piece spicy I wasn’t rude even though I was upset at what they had just gave me they said okay pull around snd they wanted the old chicken back no big deal I get yo the window I tell the employee look at he says that’s because it’s been sitting up there! Like what ! That’s not okay so he says wait 15mins in the parking lot I wait he bro gs it out I say thank you he just walks off (rude) but okay get the new chicken snd it’s fresh this time but not spicy ! Like a waste of time I’m not going back AGAIN ! They are just not professional or courteous to our community it’s really a shame! Worst experience ever!!!!!!! The first picture is what they gave me the second picture is the wrong order once again ! I wouldn’t recommend GO TO LEE’S!
