I went thru the drive thru so atmosphere undecided mostly . It wa typical of any other place of similar nature , overall pretty clean parking lot . The food was hot and fresh as per the usual here

The food is really good here, the service isn't much being that you have to order through a kiosk. The facility was really nice and clean and my son played the claw machine(doesn't have enough pressure to pick up anything)

Ordered chili 5 ways through the drive thru. Was looking forward to some good ole' chili 5 ways. However, when I took a bite, the sauce tasted like straight up ketchup with hot sauce in it. VERY disappointed! Quickly ruined my appetite. Definitely Not the good ole chili 5 ways I was looking forward to. 👎

This all automated process is terrible! Pay through the nose for one drink that have to scan receipt to work ! Tea is terrible and cant switch

I order my food to go. French fries were cold. The chili 3 ways was cold tasteless and very liquid. I am sad I spent $25 on food that is not made like it used too.

They have really lost their atmosphere after the pandemic. It would benefit greatly to bring back wait staff. I've only visited inside once since 2020, and there was no one inside, only kiosks. It was even difficult to make contact with staff to ask them to change my order to take out. It was disheartening.
Don't like that you can't go in and sit down and get waited on, you half to place your order through a machine and pay for it in the machine, then it ask for a tip, no way in hell am I gonna tip a damn machine, then you go sit and wait till they bring it to you, we go to the drive up and sometimes they screw your order up needs to go backbthe way it was, pretty sad all the jobs being lost because of a computer machine, you should be ashamed or close the doors.

Raised the price of the $4 menu but u don't realize it unless you're paying close attn to the menu board. Very sneaky how the drive thru menu board looks EXACTLY the same! They just erased the 4 at the top. The $4 menu still has their 4 meals separate from the other. Wish I'd taken a pic bc explaining it doesn't do it service. At least the other businesses have the decency to not be shady abt their increases
