Very unprofessional, this company closes at 9pm it’s no way that I should arrive around 7:45 and wait 40 minutes to get my order taken. I said “ hello “ numerous times and no one replied, I even went to the window and tried to walk in and the doors was closed and I also called and got no answer. Mind you it’s 7:45 and they close at 9. Every time I arrive to this subway it’s always a 20-40 min wait before my order gets took. This is very unprofessional on their end and I do NOT recommend this subway to anyone.

It appears that the customer service problems of the past have been resolved in my opinion. To be honest, I’ve never had bad Service here, myself. I don’t come here very often, though as I usually don’t carry cash. I am a credit card user and this is one of the only subways I go to that hands me the credit card machine so that they can try to get a tip. Any business that does that should reconsider that practice as I’m sure I’m not the only one that doesn’t go to a business who hands me the credit card reader. Otherwise, great food, and great service.

I have been to this location so many time as I work till 8pm and they always tell me we are closed In last 5 months today was my 8-9 visit but was never able to get food from this location always the employees say right now also I am sitting outside writing and the guy at 8:45 pm told me I am closed or we just closed they don’t want to serve the customers we are close after 8:30 pm. What’s the use of keeping this store open if you have employees who don’t want to run the business, subway should close the store for good. Stores like this doesn’t even deserve Buisness.

I won't go to any that I see his Camaro in the back of the parking lot. You know the one with his name on it.. cuz I'll have to drive to oakwood for a sub

I brought in my own chips and drink because I prefer a different kind than what they have in the store. After purchasing my expensive sandwich, I was told that I couldn’t bring chips and drink from outside. Having been a patron of well over 100 Subways in my lifetime and doing the same thing, this was the first time someone has said this to me. I acknowledged what was said to me and carried about my business without fuss, but now you get a negative Google review and I won’t be returning.

Sometimes I enjoy the surprise of not knowing what I'm getting when I order my food. There's a 50/50 chance you get what you actually order. Don't forget to put a special request in for napkins.
The people there have no emotion, no personality, and can’t read. I placed an order a few times and each time they put on the wrong ingredients. The workers do not care for about anything or anyone.
