It appears that the customer service problems of the past have been resolved in my opinion. To be honest, I’ve never had bad Service here, myself. I don’t come here very often, though as I usually don’t carry cash. I am a credit card user and this is one of the only subways I go to that hands me the credit card machine so that they can try to get a tip. They did a great job on the remodeling but today I went in to get a sandwich but the crew kinda sucked , they were not really organized and didn't have a whole lot of teamwork going on.

Sometimes I enjoy the surprise of not knowing what I'm getting when I order my food. There's a 50/50 chance you get what you actually order. Don't forget to put a special request in for napkins.
