There was only one car in front of me but I waited in the drive through for at least 8 minutes if not more. Then my food was cold. The employees were nice and apologetic but the wait was too long.

Wish I could give 0 stars as I was ordering food I saw 2 roaches in the kitchen scatter across the floor like if it was normal I couldn't even eat my food just straight up walked out don't eat here

After 8 pm, it's hit or miss at this Wendy's location. They might be out of chicken, out of fries, have something broken or only taking cash, or only accepting orders online... just a variety of excuses that make you wonder if they are pulling your leg. If you want food after 8, my advice is to hit up Steak n Shake.

Went to this Wendy's, and one of the employees was trying to fight someone at the drive-thru window while my wife and I waited for him to take our order. And in the midst of that, he didn't give us everything we ordered.

I ordered online and when I got there I went through the line and they told us to drive to the door and wait. I waited over an hour and never got our food!! The lobby was closed and the line was ridiculous so I wasn’t able to speak with someone so after that hour finally left. No way to get a refund. completely and utterly ridiculous. I will NEVER spend money here again.
Visited this week. Ordered chili (out). The "employees" were focused on chatting with each other rather than the customers. Inefficient food prep in a timely manner. Didn't get the nuggets, went back up to the counter (again chatting). No ice in machine & soda was flat. Won't be visiting this location again.

Far and away the worst fast food restaurant in Danville. Horrible customer service. They would rather smoke and get high in the kitchen then serve their customers. Pulled up to the drive through today, sat for 2 minutes before being acknowledged. The girl told me should would be with me in a moment. A minute later she passes the food to the one car in the drive through ahead of me. I think no big deal she was bagging up their food and now she is going to take my order. Wrong, I sit for 5-10 minutes with no response. When I finally do get her to respond she tells me its going to be a moment but this time with a nasty tone.
