This place is truly a hidden gem the Philly cheese steaks are spectacular I've ate Philly cheese steaks and a lot of places but this place here takes it and does something very special to it the seasoning is fantastic if you're a Philly cheese steak person you have got to try this place

Found my new favorite spot for Italian beef! Meat is very tender and thinly sliced. The flavoring is spot on! Reminds me of Al’s Italian Beef.Update: Went back after they “reopened” and the beef was not seasoned the same and was not sliced as thin. It wasn’t bad, but nothing special. I was very disappointed.

I had the Italian beef sandwich. The proprietor said it's a home made recipe. Very tasty and generous portions. I don't remember the last time I had a portion this size. The best part is that the beef is really good and tender. Cooked just right! This is a new place and it's tucked in to a strip mall. It is definitely worth your time to give Carla's a try. I'm going back to sample the rest of the menu.

Today was the second time I came to eat at Carla’s Red Hots. Both times I have wanted to try the Hot Dogs but both times I got the daily specials. The first time I got the Steak Burger. It was very good, cooked about medium to medium well. All the toppings where very good and tasted fresh. The fries are the crinkle cut style. Also got the cheese dip for the fries. All was very good and good portions. For my second trip. I got the Chicken Club Sandwich (picture attached). The chicken was well cooked not dry and was a full breast of chicken. All the topping where fresh tasting and good. The fries where the same and good portions. I look forward to going back to Carla’s in the future. And maybe I will finally try a Red Hot Hot dog.
