We tried chicken Philly and requested the cashier to put Cajun seasoning while grilling our food and the staff was more than happy to accommodate that request. The food is awesome and staff is always happy to serve so it’s A+ for me. Definitely recommend this place ?
Kid-friendliness: They offered a free ice cream cone for my friend’s daughter she is 8 btw so really meant a special touch for our experience at Charleys.

Got my food to go and it was packaged in a way that the lettuce and tomatoes were still fresh when I got home. My heart was happy seeing this. They also gave a generous amount of fries, like 5 guys does. Yumm Strawberry lemonade was also on point. Thank you!

Stopped in on our way home from a hockey trip. I would not say that I would go out of my way to go here, but I would eat there again. My son had the Philly Cheese Steak with cheese fries and I had the wings with bacon fries. Thought we would try both. The wings were ok, my son liked his sandwich and the fries were ok. If around here maybe stop in. We were there at 1:30 on a Sunday and it was pouring out, so we were the only customers the entire time.
First time here at this location! I walked in and all the workers are in the back relaxing. I had ordered a chicken Philly & they didn’t even put all the ingredients on it. The person who was preparing the food seemed very lazy and seemed careless! I regret wasting my money here and on top of that the service is not good! Please read reviews before visiting this place! In reality, the Philly cheesesteaks that your able to buy at Costco or Sam’s Club are 5x better then the ones here at this location. Never again!

The food was ready very promptly...considering it was lunchtime and there was only 1 other person in the shop. staff was very friendly.
BUT...I DON' EXPECT WINGS TO COME ALL BREADED LIKE A CHICKEN NUGGET ON STEROIDS...WHICH IS WHAT THESE "WINGS" ARE...NUGGETS ON STEROIDS.
THE FRIES WERE HALF COOKED...SOGGY AND TASTELESS...

Came in 30 min before closing. Employees were already infuriated that we came in even though it says closing at 9. Was forced to order wings as grill was getting cleaned. I ordered 4 wings and they served me 4 scraps from the bottom of the bag. Do not come here.

Philly cheesesteak is great except for the bread. The roll is too narrow for the ingredients. It can't be easily held together without things spilling out. It is not wrapped up like most subs are but given to you open-faced in a shallow box. Probably because they can't close up the skinny bun. Don't plan on eating one of these on the go. Too bad because it was very good other than the poor presentation.
Chicken is old! Wasted money. Stick to just making sandwiches

This place has horrible costumer service ask to get a corporate number and the guy was like I’m the owner they charge 60 cents per ranch for wings to my knowledge wings come with ranch at least that’s every restaurant we go to but the attitude and how he answered is what really bothered me.

The bridgeview location set the bar way too high. This is the 2nd time I try the Darien location and it was awful. The fries were fried in very old oil I couldn’t take 2 bites and the sandwich was not up to par at all. I couldn’t finish my meal.
