This place has always been decent, never great. But a few weeks ago they sent me a coupon for 20% off a Cheesesteak. I had to go on the app but it didn't work. I went to the restaurant anyway, figuring I'd show them their own app wasn't working and they'd give me the discount, which probably amounted to $5. But the lady -- I didn't get her name, but she was a little Indian lady -- she wouldn't give me the discount even when I showed her the app wasn't working. So I left. There have been since been maybe two or three times I would have gone there and decided not to because of my experience. And I have no plans to go again. And I'll definitely speak unenthusiastically to my friends about Charley's when the topic comes up. So the end result is maybe a couple of hundred dollars in lost revenue per year, plus this negative review, just because they wouldn't honor one 20% coupon. It just seems like bad business to me. My advice is skip Charley's and try Popeyes across the street.

No issues with ordering. We got a regular Philly cheesesteak and a chicken Philly. We dined in so order was brought out to us. They have a few tables to sit and eat at. I recommend signing up for rewards on the app for any potential promotions and then can scan to earn rewards prior to paying. Also could order on the app as well.
Our sandwiches and fries arrived hot. Everything was good til the last few bites that were really salty. Would recommend asking them for light or no salt and maybe adding your own in. Otherwise good visit.

Clean and friendly. I come in about once a month and they’re always quick and easy. The nice woman at the front also gave my daughter a free ice cream which was a nice surprise.

Very good place. Ordered buffalo chicken cheesesteak and sandwich was very tasty. Pleasant customer service. Will definitely come back. I would suggest putting more meat on sandwiches.
