Good food. Got some take out. Only gripe was my brisket was maybe a tad dry but the sauce was good. Good green beans and cornbread. Overall good food. Would return to eat there again and try the ribs

This had to be the driest brisket in the Midwest. It was crumbling apart, had no juice and was doused in their bbq to try to hide the fact that it was clearly overcooked. I couldn't even grab it with a fork as it would just crack apart. The sausage was really good and again the ribs were hard and impossible to bite down on, overcooked badly! The cheese curds were really good which is the only reason I'm giving the food 2 stars, that and our server was very nice.

Our first time dining at Chucks and my family enjoyed the amazing food. We were there for breakfast but my father in law glanced at some of the dinner options and we will most definitely be back. Our server Danielle couldn’t have been more pleasing to our needs.

What a disappointment. Went here based on the reviews. Food was bland, did not have any bbq flavor to it, and our 3-meat sampler order was made wrong. The beans were also bland. The server was good and attentive. Maybe we just had a bad cook that night, but we will not be going back.

Crystal P. made our first time dining here an excellent experience. She was knowledgeable on the menu and provided wonderful service. A small example of how kind she was is how quick she was to offer me small samples of two BBQ sauces so I could make my choice of which one I wanted with my meal. Overall great experience! Super freshening to have service like the one she provided. We will definitely dine here again and ask for Crystal!

They told me it would be a 15-20 minute wait, which is typical, we gave them our phone number, but they never called us. Once we went in we got seated right away, they probably forgot about us. I got the brisket dinner and trio sandwich
The sandwich was great and so were the mashed potatoes 10/10. The brisket was all fatty and super chewy. We didn't end up eating it, but the bus boy took it without asking if we were donee ,so we had nothing to show them. When we asked them if it could be taken off the bill ( since we didn't eat it) they only gave us a 5 dollar refund on a 20 dollar dish. Server was friendly about the whole situation thankfully.
