To be honest, I am disappointed. Why can’t they make the ice cream the way I requested? I separately bought coffee from them and wanted to ask if they could add it into the ice cream mixer , the same one they already use to add different toppings and mix everything together. But they refused and told me they couldn’t do it for some reason. I feel this is not customer-oriented. It’s not like I’m asking for something that doesn’t exist

Takeout of a chicken sandwich and a burger. Both had a bad oil taste of prior use for fish or like it. I usually get a chicken sandwich here and this was by far the worst I have had.

I had a bad experience, and a Manager followed up with me almost immediately. Said they were going to send me some coupons. 12 days later I didn't receive anything, so I reached back out. No response back. It has now been 20 days and nothing. Management is TERRIBLE at this location. I manage a hotel nearby and will no longer suggest this Culver's to Guests. 🤷🏾♀️

My order was short, I paid for carry out order of 4 complete meals with fries and only three were in the bag..!!! It was really hard to share since the fries was too like to share…. Even when I tried to call them back on the number on the receipt more than 3 times…. I got only the answering machine hanging up This is the worst customer service I had ever encountered

The food gave me food poisoning within 30 minutes of eating the food I had to sudden urgency to go to the bathroom. Food gave me the 🏃🏽♀️s.Atmospheres unwelcoming they stare at you. Wasn't treat with the same customer service as the previous customers.

I dined in alone for my first time here, and I was genuinely taken aback by how happy my experience was. As soon as I stepped inside, I saw cute plush toys for decoration and the smell of cheese curds. A employee greeted me even though they looked like they were a bit busy. It's the thought that counts! The cashier was patient and kind with me since I'm not the best with debit cards. They delivered my food to my table in no time at all, and even asked if I needed anything else I was free to ask. The server gave me such polite and fast paced service I hadn't seen much of before. The atmosphere was clean, and the noise volume, despite a moderate amount of people, wasn't that loud. It felt like more than a restaurant, but as a place where people were there to eat and enjoy themselves too. I hope that I can come here again soon! I highly recommend dining at this place. They really care about their customers and each other!
Kid-friendliness: The kids around the restaurant seemed pretty happy and It felt like a lot of them were relaxing as much as the older folks.
Wheelchair accessibility: There were a few tables designed for wheelchairs users I noticed which is an amazing thing to have for inclusive dining options.
