rude drive through workers. 100% forgot to say that I wanted to make my tenders a basket and that’s on me but the guy working the speaker on 01/15/2026 at 10:20ish pm wanted to clearly rush us out goes “sooo did you want to add something else”. It’s just a drink. Yes I know you’re going to charge me don’t come at me and say “well I have to charge you” I just forgot to say it because of your attitude from the very beginning. Staying away from this establishment and the absolute terrible customer service.

I had the Cod dinner. Delicious. Better fish than I've had at some pricey restaurants. However, for the first time ever my nephews dble cheeseburger was dry. That was disappointing, love their juicy burgers.

To be honest, I am disappointed. Why can’t they make the ice cream the way I requested? I separately bought coffee from them and wanted to ask if they could add it into the ice cream mixer , the same one they already use to add different toppings and mix everything together. But they refused and told me they couldn’t do it for some reason. I feel this is not customer-oriented. It’s not like I’m asking for something that doesn’t exist

Takeout of a chicken sandwich and a burger. Both had a bad oil taste of prior use for fish or like it. I usually get a chicken sandwich here and this was by far the worst I have had.

I had a bad experience, and a Manager followed up with me almost immediately. Said they were going to send me some coupons. 12 days later I didn't receive anything, so I reached back out. No response back. It has now been 20 days and nothing. Management is TERRIBLE at this location. I manage a hotel nearby and will no longer suggest this Culver's to Guests. 🤷🏾♀️

My order was short, I paid for carry out order of 4 complete meals with fries and only three were in the bag..!!! It was really hard to share since the fries was too like to share…. Even when I tried to call them back on the number on the receipt more than 3 times…. I got only the answering machine hanging up This is the worst customer service I had ever encountered
I stopped by to get a strawberry fields chicken salad. It was really good and fresh. The service was great. I’ll be back!

The food gave me food poisoning within 30 minutes of eating the food I had to sudden urgency to go to the bathroom. Food gave me the 🏃🏽♀️s.Atmospheres unwelcoming they stare at you. Wasn't treat with the same customer service as the previous customers.
