This was absolutely terrible, they want you to use a kiosk to order, and then when you go to the kiosk, they only have half the donuts. This is terrible.

I ordered an oatmilk latte and I saw the employee make my drink with regular milk, which I’m allergic to. I asked them to please make it with oatmilk and they replied they did. Then the manager got involved and she said it was oatmilk. The employee who made it never went near the oatmilk and had the open bottle of regular whole milk that I had just seen her use next to her. They didn’t make me another drink so it was just a waste of money for me.

Absolutely terrible location. They get your order wrong all the time. The manager seems to not give a crap either and this has happened multiple times now. Avoid this location if you can. Took them 13 minutes to make 2 small coffees and they tasted horrible. AVOID!!

Always stale donuts melting frosting off or they are out of them. Closed when they are supposed to be open. Workers are very rude to customers. Not sure why this place opened if they are going to do the bare minimum. The hot chocolate tastes like dirty dish water.

We order our drive through and ask for an avacado toast with bacon they give us with out bacon we go in and say that they got our order wrong the drive thru lady says that we ordered without they take our toast and say we have to pay a dollar to get our toast back and put bacon
