Absolutely terrible location. They get your order wrong all the time. The manager seems to not give a crap either and this has happened multiple times now. Avoid this location if you can. Took them 13 minutes to make 2 small coffees and they tasted horrible. AVOID!!

Always stale donuts melting frosting off or they are out of them. Closed when they are supposed to be open. Workers are very rude to customers. Not sure why this place opened if they are going to do the bare minimum. The hot chocolate tastes like dirty dish water.

We order our drive through and ask for an avacado toast with bacon they give us with out bacon we go in and say that they got our order wrong the drive thru lady says that we ordered without they take our toast and say we have to pay a dollar to get our toast back and put bacon

My coffee has hair in it & the woman managing on 10/12/24 at 7:45a yelled at me, threatened to call police and wouldnât replace my coffee because the receipt was destroyed

I used to go here every single day. The staff is terrible they usually treat me really well but today they embarrassed me. My card said communication error so I decided to use cash instead. I gave them a 100 dollar bill and they thought it was fake and asked for another form of payment. I told them that it is real and that itâs just old. So they took it to a different store to get it checked and it turned out itâs real. they made me wait 30 minutes and they embarrassed me in front of everyone just to make sure that my 100 is real. They made me feel like I was trying to scam them. as workers they should be able to tell the difference between real and fake money and embarrassing someone like that is disgusting and unacceptable. And to lie and tell me that itâs FAKE when they got proved wrong that itâs REAL after taking it somewhere else is also unacceptable. What a disgusting place. You make people hate coming to Dunkin.

I wish that I could put zero stars for this place!!! The woman with a heavy accent said that she'd have to charge me for "no ice" if I got very little ice!!! I told her to forget it. That's RIDICULOUS!!! Just because I don't like watered down coffee!!!

Terrible place. I ordered online a dozen donuts. Nothing was said to be unavailable but when I came in they told me that they didn't have 3 of the donuts I ordered multiple times. I told them I wanted a refund but they told me since I didn't have my card they refused to and made me choose donuts I wasn't interested in. They could clearly see I was upset and did nothing about it. What makes me even more mad was that they didn't say anything about how they were out of it before I had made the order. Never going back again after this experience. Plus one of the things I had put in the order that they did have in stock wasn't even put in the box.
