I went yesterday, November 10th, around 2:56 p.m. for a pickup order. When I got to the drive-thru speaker, the lady said, “Can I help you?” I gave her my pickup name, and she told me to pull up. When I got to the window, she asked, “Do you have something here?” I said yes and gave my name again. Then she told me I was supposed to stop at the speaker before coming up or they wouldn’t know I had an order. I told her I did stop and that she told me to pull up — but she decided to argue with me and said, “No you didn’t, because I’m the only one here, and I didn’t talk to you.”
At that point, I was done. I told her I wouldn’t just drive up without talking to someone first, and she rudely closed the window on me. I don’t know if her memory is that bad or if she just didn’t want to admit she was wrong, but either way, you don’t argue with customers over your mistake. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting and completely unprofessional.
And to top it off, the matcha was terrible. Between the awful drink and the even worse service, I will NEVER be back to this location. Train your staff better — both in customer service and how to make drinks.

We were completely ignored at the drive-thru order station. When we went inside to dine, the employee was just standing around. There was no greeting or attention given to customers, and she seemed to lack motivation to work.

Their employees like to *create* drama with their neighbors. One of their employees blocked one of my delivery drivers from exiting our parking lot as they were trying to leave, then blocked traffic so no cars could safely pass them.
We DO NOT have assigned parking, you are not entitled to parking directly behind the store and need to park on the side of the building like literally the rest of us do. Seeing that your car is now gone shows you worked a 2 hour shift, the extra 30 foot walk isn't going to inconvenience you greatly if you are able bodied. If you are handicapped and need the extra accommodation, you need to take that up with the building manager, not come into our store and try to get our staff in trouble for a problem that YOU created.

This is my Dunkin for sure. I always get my coffee extra extra and it always is perfect here no matter what size i get. I also LOVE my Charlie Drink and i am so THANKFUL this location also makes it perfect no matter the size.
For some reason other dunkins tend to miss the mark depending on the size and are not consistent with the flavor of the drink.
Staff is always friendly, this the cherry on top to get my morning started.

I appreciate how fast they are in the morning because sometime we are pressed to get to work. And they make my croissants with a flight for American cheese. Toasted! So good! No other coffee picks me up and get me going like Dunkin' donuts!
