This is my Dunkin for sure. I always get my coffee extra extra and it always is perfect here no matter what size i get. I also LOVE my Charlie Drink and i am so THANKFUL this location also makes it perfect no matter the size.
For some reason other dunkins tend to miss the mark depending on the size and are not consistent with the flavor of the drink.
Staff is always friendly, this the cherry on top to get my morning started.

I appreciate how fast they are in the morning because sometime we are pressed to get to work. And they make my croissants with a flight for American cheese. Toasted! So good! No other coffee picks me up and get me going like Dunkin' donuts!

Rude, donuts are all smashed together and no paper in between each donut. Terrible service. Never polite. Never a smile.. we did take out. Need to retrain your employees.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! They change the price on you, don’t tell you the price, then lie to your face about the price! I asked for a medium iced churro latte and they said $5.70. I’ve gotten large from here SEVERAL times and it’s been $6.00 even. THIRTY cents difference in price from medium to large???? That’s fishy to me. Either they’re lying to me now or they were lying to me then. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! I even asked them how much a large was and the person at the counter said “$6.00”. Never going back as I suspect they have been ripping me off.
I went right when they opened at 4:30 am and I received excellent service.

The avocado toast is not avocado at all - it's the packaged stuff, acidic (i'm sure filled with preservatives). Will not but it again.

Customer service was great! I didn’t catch her name but I think she was the manager (blonde hair, worked a morning shift on 4/29), helped my dad and I order our coffees and was very friendly :). Macchiatos were very yummy!

I had ordered a iced coffee with carmel and chocolate but they only gave me the carmel, the drink was watered down and we gave the drink back 3 times and still didn't give me the right drink and the women making the drink had to ask other staff 3 times how to make the drink I emailed a complaint to corporate every time I go to this location I have a issue I will not be going to this location anymore the one on 63rd and Cass is better.

I'm giving you 1 star because this is an ongoing issue. Not once. Not 2 times but 3 times now I have gotten coffee at this location and it all 3 times has been extremely watered down and there is no way you guys are following quality control or any sort of protocol. I can't tell you how frustrating it is to pay 3.60 for a coffee only to be so disgusted you dump it out because it's like watered down milk. Thanks again DD!:)
