Ordered pizza it never arrived when I called back to speak to manager no answer, called the next day about the order they said the owner would reach out never heard of em, the teenagers who work here are unprofessional & they lack customer service when issues go wrong I recommend any pizza place in the area besides this one, if so hope u get your order!!!!

You forget to order your dipping sauce online, you better bring cash or you can get wrecked because they refuse to accept card payments unless it's $10 or more. Pretty sure this isn't actually allowed by most credit card processors but regardless consider yourself warned with this one-star review, if you fall into my shoes.

I ordered a pizza for my son and received a picture on the driver leaving the pizza outside did not even bother to call or ring the doorbell just left the pizza on the outside . I did let him know I would be calling the jets in Darien to let them know about the horrible customer service the driver said he did not care not his pizza . So I did I called the store and let them know they lost my business today after being a customer for over 10 years the person said ok what ever . I will never patronize them any more especially when home run inn is just a couple blocks away and so is Giordanos . I also let my son know we won’t be ordering there anymore. Jets needs to do better horrible customer service

Never have eaten inside but there delivery is the best and there four corners Pizza in eight corner sections is fantastic. Wings are excellent as well.
I certainly don’t agree with their new policy. No credit cards under $10.00 amount when their amazing lunch box is $7.57, not sure how they came up with this but they’re definitely loosing my business. Very disappointed.

For the most part, I've had a good experience at this location. The pizza is good. I have had to tell them to brown the pizza a few times because it was undercooked. However tonight they did not answer the phone for like 20 minutes prior to close, so I kept calling in route. I got there 10 minutes before close and they had the lights off, door locked, and counting money. I just don't think that was fair. Other than that, pizza is cool and Jet's does have a really good ranch sauce that you can buy in larger quantities at some locations.

Like others on here love the pizza but due to service at this location will not be back. The owner is incredibly rude. My order was delivered wrong with missing item and unfortunately my picky kids were not eating it that way. When I called to let them know part of my order was missing he refused to send the delivery back until the next round in 40 minutes. When I explained that wasn’t an acceptable option he told me to “never f$&#*g order from them again” which is clearly a ridiculous way to speak to a customer. Was our family favorite but with service like that we clearly will not be back.
I love Pizza. So I know what I am talking about here :-) First thing is, I love that the pizza that arrives looks EXACTLY like the pictures you see. How many restaurants can say that?This time I had the Detroit BLT and it was fantastic! Tasted amazing the next day cold!But A special shout out to the driver who dropped off on 11/13 - (St. Andrews Woods)you are great at your job. When you pulled the box out of the warming jacket you were so careful - and I know why. When I opened the box - there was not a single piece of lettuce or tomato that had fallen off the za!You my friend are a magician. I appreciate each and every one of you working to make great pizza. Thank you.

Refused to honor a current online coupon. Claimed the previous owner put those coupons out and have no way to take them down. Why would anyone fight a customer on a $5 coupon that still shows valid? Penny smart Pound foolish... will never go back!
