For the most part, I've had a good experience at this location. The pizza is good. I have had to tell them to brown the pizza a few times because it was undercooked. However tonight they did not answer the phone for like 20 minutes prior to close, so I kept calling in route. I got there 10 minutes before close and they had the lights off, door locked, and counting money. I just don't think that was fair. Other than that, pizza is cool and Jet's does have a really good ranch sauce that you can buy in larger quantities at some locations.

Like others on here love the pizza but due to service at this location will not be back. The owner is incredibly rude. My order was delivered wrong with missing item and unfortunately my picky kids were not eating it that way. When I called to let them know part of my order was missing he refused to send the delivery back until the next round in 40 minutes. When I explained that wasn’t an acceptable option he told me to “never f$&#*g order from them again” which is clearly a ridiculous way to speak to a customer. Was our family favorite but with service like that we clearly will not be back.

I love Pizza. So I know what I am talking about here :-) First thing is, I love that the pizza that arrives looks EXACTLY like the pictures you see. How many restaurants can say that?This time I had the Detroit BLT and it was fantastic! Tasted amazing the next day cold!But A special shout out to the driver who dropped off on 11/13 - (St. Andrews Woods)you are great at your job. When you pulled the box out of the warming jacket you were so careful - and I know why. When I opened the box - there was not a single piece of lettuce or tomato that had fallen off the za!You my friend are a magician. I appreciate each and every one of you working to make great pizza. Thank you.Dietary restrictions: They have something for EVERYONE.

Worst customer service ever!!! The guy that took care of me should not be talking to any customers because he has zero personality. He should be stuck in the back making pizzas because he was awful!!!! Would have given zero stars but you have to give at least 1 star to submit review!!!!

Refused to honor a current online coupon. Claimed the previous owner put those coupons out and have no way to take them down. Why would anyone fight a customer on a $5 coupon that still shows valid? Penny smart Pound foolish... will never go back!

Thank you ,Antonio you are generous thank you appreciate you for the free pizza,Actually, I am on my lunch break, but I actually forgot to warm up my lunch and put it in the thermal so I decided to stop by jets pizza and asked if I could warm my food up and Antonio told me that he didn’t have any microwaves, and there’s when Antonio asked me that he will give me a free pizza and and I first I thought no it’s OK thank you but then he assist again and I couldn’t say no thank you sir??? excellent service great location nice and clean and definitely smelling good. How could I forget pizza is delicious?? thank you

Not going again to this store. I asked for deal and guy at the counter said ok $5 off on z large and billed me $20.. when I checked the prize, at this cost it should have been x-large (photos attached from store) but cashier said that screen has wrong prize and cash machine has different price. So be careful. Avoid this store. Yeah pizza was good but honesty was lacking
