The worst location I’ve had the displeasure of working with. I placed a delivery order which was never delivered. The manager said it was my fault because I live in a “dead zone” and the order reverted to pick up at the nearest store. Waited an hour to feed my kids. Now have to find alternative. Don’t recommend

Worst service ever. So I chose none as a tip because I wanted to actually give the delivery driver a huge cash tip because their service has been exceptionally great until I chose that on their app. It went from 15 min to 20 to 30 to an hour to who knows. Never again will I order from them which is unfortunate because the tip would have been more than a percentage

The customer service was not great. The asian looking young man seemed off. I had expressed it was my first time as a customer. I ordered a meal, i was not given my cup for my drink, he took my money and walked off, i was not given a bag or told that i had to bag my own sandwich. I was not told where to get my chips. I enjoyed the #9 sandwich. I just wont be back as a customer
