The post from 3 weeks ago from V Dillard is the same issue I have experienced at this MCD today. It was also a man working at the drive through. Not only did he process my points when I pulled up to the window he requested my code number again. Which you no longer can bring up once its used. And then wanted to charge me the original price for my item. This facility needs to reaudit the employees that work here, I wouldn't be surprised if the employees at this particular facility are not properly documented.

The girls didn't bother taking my order after waiting for about 3 minutes at the drive thru speaker. It shouldn't even take 1 minute. To top it off I heard one laugh or scream very briefly into their headset.

Ordered and paid for food through app, but showed up and said it was too close to closing time so they were shutting everything down and not making any more food. Told manager it was already paid for, but she said to dispute my credit card!

Carlos is ruined argumentative and very disrespectful! Was there January 4, 2025 in drive thru asked him if I could do to separate orders and I also explained to him that I would only be using the mobile app for one order. He said OK after he took my first order then he told me you said you had a mobile app order and I can only take one order. my response was wow really so I pulled around to the window. He became very argumentative rude and nasty health the lineup 4 cars behind me. It was really ridiculous. I asked for my money back and I went to another McDonald’s where my business would be valued. He said he is the manager laughing. I want to speak with the corporate owner, because this type of behavior is not wanted! Drive thru experience.

TWICE I ASKED FOR ONLY KETCHUP ON MY BACON MCDOUBLE AND THEY DIDN’T LISTEN IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD I AM ALLERGIC TO ONIONS COULDN’T EVEN EAT MY BURGER THAT I PAID FOR. 2 DAYS IN A ROW THIS HAPPENED! RIDICULOUS! There’s one guy that works that drive thru that is amazing and nice, which is why I continue to go during my lunch break but this happening twice makes me not want to go there anymore.

This particular McD's establishment is THE ONE McD's to which I hold ALL other McD's across this great & paradoxical nation in comparison!
I don't know if ownership has ever changed since our arrival in the mid-10s, but whatever it is, this McD's has very rarely ever let us down. I can count the # of times on one hand, over a span of *10 years*, where a topping was wrong, or getting an end-of-shift burger/fries that's barely warm.
And to this day, throughout years of total business upheaval & decimation, this location remains the one McDonald's always worth coming back to. (Please don't change! ??)

Don't bother stopping they didn't take my complete order. The woman kept saying "is that all, is that all" I tried to say no but she cut me off and wouldn't take the rest of the order. She was rude, impatient, ignorant, discriminatory, couldn't have cared less!!! We pulled out of the line. Didn't buy anything, this has happened at this location multiple times. Will not go back!!!
