Well, I came back after work around 7pm. Guess what? They improved their taste and quality of service indeed. Take out order already twice I did. Also, night shift team was great, fast & kind.

Very bad service as i entered in the nighttime i was told anything could be made fresh once i started ordering the lady and the man there argued over actually doing it fresh it led me to just canceling my order all together and losing my appetite such service is the reason why i don’t indulge in this location now it is always poor customer service as well as poor food quality

My recent experience at this place
was not just disappointing—it was genuinely appalling and unacceptable. While the initial error with my food order was frustrating, the staff's reaction when I attempted to correct it was truly shocking. Rather than offering a simple apology and solution, I was met with extreme disrespect and hostility. The staff members were openly cursing and swearing at me, using a language they clearly assumed I wouldn't understand. To be clear: I do understand that language, and the content of their conversation was abusive, unprofessional, and frankly, disgusting. To have employees intentionally insult and belittle a customer to their face, thinking they can get away with it, speaks volumes about the complete lack of management, training, and basic human decency at this establishment. This is not a service issue; it is a behavioral issue. Patrons should not have to tolerate being cursed at, lied about, or subjected to such aggressive behavior. I strongly urge potential customers to avoid this restaurant until management addresses and corrects this toxic culture. I will never return.

We come to this Panda Express frequently, and it’s hands-down the best location in the area. The staff are always quick, friendly, and keep everything spotless. I especially want to give a shout-out to Tommy—he consistently goes above and beyond, serving with a smile and making sure my experience (and my team’s) is top-notch every time. Truly excellent service!

Two of us ate here together, and both agreed that the food was very bland unless you wanted something really hot the crab Rangoon‘s were basically just cream cheese with no taste. It seems like it’s different than it used to be. It’s been a couple years since I’ve been there. It was very disappointing. I will never return. The service was decent. The atmosphere was fine.

Portions are always huge. Prices are always low. Their new drinks are amazing. I always get the peach lychee nd STRONGLY recommend getting it. It has soooo much flavor. Its the perfect thing for this hot summertime weather. 👏 👏 👏 👏

Came in person to place my order. When it came time to pay Tommy helped us. We had received a coupon in the mail for 5 dollars off for the family meal. When I tried to scan for my rewards Tommy said I was not able to scan for my points and canceled the transaction. He was rude and unprofessional when handling the situation.
I’ve never heard of not being able to get reward points and having to choose one or the other. Aside from using my coupon I should be able to use my app for my reward on my purchase.
Not at this location. Tommy made that loud and clear. There’s always better ways of explaining or going about the situation.

Turns out Panda hates sanitation. New policy banning employees from wearing masks, something that was perfectly normal in the industry for decades, particularly at asian restaurants. yikes
