I tried to use my coupon from the app the lady at the window said they don’t take coupons. I paid full price for old chicken a hard biscuit and terrible service never again!

I ordered the chicken tenders which are neither tender or chicken. The meal was old and cold, the breading was 95% of the tender the chicken in the tender was hard and tough. The only thing edible in the meal was the biscuit, will not buy again

The Hispanic guy in the drive thru is a whole vibe lol. There is a clear language barrier. I can understand what he saying, so he gets mad when I say to repeat himself. A bit comical at times. When you ask to speak to someone with clear English, someone with the same broken English appear. No offense to them, but I left out because he couldn’t understand me and I sure couldn’t understand them.

If there is zero I would give that location. I have previously ordered from here they missed up my order and the food was cold Today I was trying to place an order through drive-through, and the guy did not understand English, and when I was trying to give him the application offer, he kept dismissing me and ignored me, and when I asked to show him through the drive-through window whats on the app as soon as I showed him the code, he told me this is only for Online and I told him forget about the code. I still need to place an order. He closed the window and refused to take my order. Very rude , will never go back again

Drive through was very frustrating. Wanted 6 chicken wings, one breast and beans and rice. I got 8 wings, one breast 7 biscuits and mashed potatoes for a total of $33. It has happened before. We thought we would give it another chance. Suggest having your best person at the drive thru. Probably won’t go back

Place the order for some food. Got the food home. Looked at the spicy which they need to change their oil the food was not completely done too much flour And, it was cold. This location must have changed hands so many times. It's not the same like it used to be. I'll Never go back again

If I can rate this a zero I would. First I order a pineapple lemonade. Lady has the nerves to mess the drink up and give me a strawberry pineapple lemonade. I told her it was pink no way it was pineapple. She said it just the color, I taste it and it was gross. So I ask for a new one and she had the nerves to shut the window door in my face. I beep my horn and she didn’t even open it the manager did ended up switching it out . Well I get home. I missing
I normally don't use drive through, but a Lyft passenger wanted me to take him. Poor design of drive through at this Pop Eyes damaged my front right wheel. This is so frustrating!

This place is HORRIBLE! The manage Ozoldo or whatever his name is thought it was okay for the employees to give me cold Frieda sun when I return them to recook the same fries! Unsanitary.. I handed them back in the window and they put them back in grease… when I asked for an manager her refused the info and I recorded it… The health department should be advised… Horrible attitude and horrible experience
