Chicken was pretty good but we were charged for the boneless wings and they were not in our order. There also is no way we can find to to contact them. This is not the first time.

Attention; Enrique/Mgr, Popeyes Darien #3231, Mobile Order 92, Chicken was old & dry, like it had been sitting awhile. Enrique said wait 5 minutes for fresh cooked chicken; I agreed; got home to find he just replace the same old & dry chicken. Too Bad as Co-Mgr Oswaldo usually makes sure this poor customer service doesn’t happen 🤨 Also; I asked to order the bone-in 3854 $10.99 5-Piece Special with 2-Sides and 2-Biscuits and Staff said the Special has expired; but the Coupon says offer is good to 9/15/25? 😳 Very Disappointing Customer Service

I ordered ghost pepper, wings, and garlic Parm as always I checked the bag before I pulled off and behold was plain wings that I did not order. I had to go back around and they were getting an attitude.this is not only the first time they’ve gotten my order wrong but the second time I am furious!!

There’s NEVER a time I come to this location and get FRESH HOT FOOD, when I got through the drive through you can repeat YOURSELF 30 times to make it all the way home for your order to not be CORRECT this is EVERYTIME unless I go inside and order my food and request it to be made FRESH. From the chicken to the biscuits being HARD as a ROCK NOTHING IS NEVER FRESH you can come right before lunchtime or midday not busy but they rushing you, they can get your money but you can’t receive FRESH FOOD this location needs a WHOLE new STAFF or TRAINING it’s RIDICULOUS.

It's a rare occasion that I feel motivated enough to leave a review. The service here has always been mid, the food the same. But tonight has been the breaking point , as I in the drive thru ordered a chicken meal, paid for a chicken meal on the receipt, and discovered 25 minutes later at home when I finally got to sit down that what was in the normal chicken meal box was a random sandwich that I didn't feel safe to eat due to my allergies. I attempted to call the location *Three* times at their listed phone number and every time I got a disconnected phone line after a minute of ringing. I'll admit I've had a string of aggravating days as of late that amplify my feelings, but being unable to even begin to talk about my experience with anyone after messing up my order to the point that I'm unsure if I could safely consume food that I paid for and was given wrongly is quite frankly unacceptable and I'm sure that most people would agree. Honestly the only reason that I don't pursue a chargeback is that it's not worth the hours of time and effort over not even $20.

You can't understand the man at the register the french fries were as hard as a rock . I ordered three pieces with french fries and a drink and it cost me $15.00. that's a lot of money for the garbage that I brought home..this place used to be good but the last couple times I've been there it's been horrible so find another Popeyes

I ordered the 5 dollar 3 piece signature chicken and 2 cheese cream pies everybody was being served except me I was invisible I think some employees laughed and mocked me as I would wait for my order I had to leave respectfully God bless them I’ve had missing items too from coming there multiple times when you did it to the least of them you did it to me said Jesus Christ

This is the absolute worst Popeyes I ever had i want be eating from any Popeyes for a very long time
Do yourself a favor and don’t go. The workers are extremely ignorant I have never seen a franchise that makes their own rules. I tried to use my coupon from the app the lady at the window said they don’t take coupons. I paid full price for old chicken a hard biscuit and terrible service never again!

I ordered the chicken tenders which are neither tender or chicken. The meal was old and cold, the breading was 95% of the tender the chicken in the tender was hard and tough. The only thing edible in the meal was the biscuit, will not buy again
Parking: Parking is great to eat lunch if you don't buy it there.

The Hispanic guy in the drive thru is a whole vibe lol. There is a clear language barrier. I can understand what he saying, so he gets mad when I say to repeat himself. A bit comical at times. When you ask to speak to someone with clear English, someone with the same broken English appear. No offense to them, but I left out because he couldn’t understand me and I sure couldn’t understand them.
