This is hands-down the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The drinks are always made perfectly and the staff is kind every time I visit. I love that they take the time to write little notes on the cups, it seriously makes my day. Even if I’m near another location, I’ll go out of my way to come here because they’re just that good.

First of all , let me confess that I go here more than I should. Most of the time I pre-order but when I do I end up accidentally choosing in store pickup.... and head to the drive-thru. And still Delaney and Matt (or Sam?) treat me so kindly. Plus the drinks are always to perfection. This is definitely my favorite Starbies.

Latte was not hot at the drive through. So I asked for it to be heated through steamer again. It came back same temperature after waiting 3 minutes. I don't get it.

Sat in drive thru for so long with no. greeting or anything. we understand having to wait but we should have been addressed. i know how it can be but at 7pm its outrageous to sit for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement, while the employees are walking past the window talking and giggling
