Stopped in to get a nice hamburger when I was getting onto the road I grabbed the one and it was cold already which it shouldn't be not satisfied with it I can't go back

Was warmer outside than inside never see a supervisor. Been their many times on Sunday morning’s never see a supervisor until 8.30 am. Place needs a good cleaning & a little heat wouldn’t hurt.

Good burgers but very bad service. The gal Sam... sat us and then got busy chatting with her friends while we sat there for 20 minutes. What a shame!

We enjoy hanging out. Yesterday we found this superb place which friends recommended to us. We enjoyed a lovely time there with fine dishes and an experienced crew and a great chef. We put this restaurant in our list and we shall no doubt come back soon. We warmly recommend.

The food is good and the prices are reasonable, but the service needs a LOT of improvement. My family and I come here at least once a month and the service has been declining within the past year. The restaurant is always dirty, the tables are rarely bussed within a timely manner and there are always new servers. The staff and servers always seem disinterested in the patrons. It took us about 15 min to get seated in a fairly empty restaurant because the tables weren't cleaned off and then another 30 for the waitress to figure out whether we were in her section or not and finally take our order. Once she dropped off our food, she left the check and we never saw her again. Oh and it took us another 10 min to pay our bill because there was no one available.

The garlic and parmesan fries were great. Burgers are good. They have many deals with coupons. Just good fast food

Just.....wow. We waited at the drive through for what seemed like an eternity before anyone acknowledged our existence. Then she told us we had to wait some more. Once we were able to order, we had to repeat ourselves multiple times for every single item we requested which consisted of a #28 and #29 and a bowl of chili. Once we got to the window and endured the, what I can only describe at "in-the-clouds stoned", attitude of the staff....we finally got our food. Once we got home we noticed......THEY FORGOT THE BURGER!! Seriously?! The burger?!?! Will never go here again. Duh hell!

I have hardly gone to Steak n Shake in the past. But recently I have been there several times. I get the double cheeseburger meal. I find the meat very juicy. It evens drips from the burgers. Fries are skinny and tasty. I am a fan now. They don't have a lot of locations though. Oh very reasonable around 5 or 6 dollars.

Food was delicious. Only complaint I have is that there was no one in line ahead of us and our order took almost 15 minutes to come out. For that I may or may not come back to this location but the restaurant themselves are okay.

My family and I LOVE Steak and Shake! It's definitely one of my kids favorite restaurants!! This location was the absolute worse one been to. It was filthy, there was only two other tables there when we arrived, as we were sitting down one of them was complaining about the service, we started to go to another one, but we wanted to give them a fair chance. The girl that sat us and took our order was unprofessional although our actual waitress was nice, service was sooo slow to only have three customers. They had PLENTY of staff I saw atleast 5 waiters. My husband's food was ruined, mine was cold. The lettuce on my salad was old and tasted uncleaned. We wanted to make sure we tipped the right waitress, but the lady that checked us out, acted like it was to much for her to find out who/where she was...As much as we love S&S we will never return to this location.
