The ladies here are so nice. Dollar beers and snacks. Nice cozy spot
I was in this past Monday evening 1/15/24 and was quite surprised to see the person working playing the machines. She did get up and let a customer play when she came in but then she moved to another machine until it was busy and all machines were taken by customers..not sure what your policy is but this doesn't seem right that an employee should play especially while working.
Night time person Brenda who works there is way to LOUD!!!! people like to come in and relax but she is sooo loud that i had to leave. Also she shouldnt be standing over people when they play seeing how much they have in the machine or watching them play
Today I had a really bad experience there. 12/14/23 @5:15pm i am a regular visitor and always enjoy the facility. Before I can make my 2nd foot in the door. I'm really not sure what her name is Caucasian female look to be in her 50's or older with blonde neck length hair stopped me at the door, to say they were full & I can bluntly seeempty seats. I've noticed she has a major attitude problem when she's not tipped and will be nice to whom she wants to be kind to. From now on if Cindy is not working on Thursday-Sunday night I will not be stopping by there anymore during the afternoon hours . Very rude and I spend a lot of money because I've always enjoyed the atmosphere. Until now.
This isn't a "cafe". Don't go here thinking you will get decent coffee of any kind. It's a place to play slots with the veneer of a cafe in the front to meet regulations. You can get better coffee at a gas station, seriously. It wouldn't matter, but it comes up as a cafe on map search. The owners can control how their listing appears.
Pay out is 0% at this place. Dont recommend this place to my friends or family. Spend 2K with zero payout. Will never stopby at this place. Stella's place is like that. Stealer's..... Customer service is not good either.
On vacation from Texas. Stopped in for a cup of coffee. Met the wonderfully nice people behind the counter. The were so friendly and wanted to know where we were from. Then gave us a free cup of coffee. Great business. Will be back.
it's a gaming room!
Not really a good place to gamble machines are way too tight
Disgusted! First time I ever been there and it was Less than a 2 min interaction here’s the dialogue.Coffee lady: can I see your IDMe: sure, *shows ID* *compliments the place“Am I able to do work on my laptop here?”Coffee lady: “no we don’t do that here”Me: uhh okay I just thought you did because there’s a lounge area but okay can I just have a seat in the lounge area?Coffee lady: immediately says “no”Me: so those seats are not for sitting?Coffee lady: No.Speechless! I LEFTCompletely disgusted that you tell someone they can’t sit in your seats even after being okay with not pulling out my laptop for work. AND THERE WAS NO ONE EVEN IN THERE.I work in the customer service world that’s why I was polite in person but regardless of MY opinion, you decide if that dialogue was acceptable- I won’t bring race into this because I would like to give her the benefit of the doubt but Doesn’t seem like they want business. Super unfortunate
