Order 2 foot long sandwiches for delivery tonight. When I received my order both sandwiches were placed in a regular plastic bag. Neither sandwich was sealed one of the sandwiches opened up in the bag. I tried calling the store about this and no one answered the phone and the store is still opened.

First of all if there was negative stars I would give them all. I had the worst experience here! First of all the meats looked so dry and black! Like the ham and Black Forest ham. Then when I tried to use my rewards they didn’t add them and told me that I had to come back in 5 days to use them. I tried to explain but their stupidity didn’t allow them to understand they didn’t know English. To top it off the sandwiches were added to a bag that smelled like cigarettes!! I will never be going there again I made it very clear to them too. They need better customer service because it sucks big time. 0000/10

I purchased a BLT sandwich and paid for extra bacon and it barely I mean barely had any bacon at all , also the bread was over toasted like rock hard , worst subway I have been too so far
