The food at the Fridays in Darien had good food as always. It continues to be WAY over priced for a casual chain. The price tends to be near $100 for two people, one kid, 1 drink each, appetizer, entree and dessert. But, the service is lack luster to they point that most of the best waitresses has left due poor management, according to the waitresses. They always do thier best to accommodate my meat allergy. The restaurant's bathrooms are very clean. I view the cleanliness of the bathrooms give a clue to how the kitchen is. The decor is normal garish Fridays with no sound dampening. I wouldn't recommend this location unless you are already a fan. But, I continue to visit this location because I like Friday's and this one is the best around.

Liz was my waitress at Darien location, she also worked previously at Rosemont... she got Great attitude, great customer service, very patient and helpful. Drinks were good 2. Lol.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp.

We placed a door dash order and we are missing half our order and we tried calling and nobody answered the phone.

People don’t wanna work I been calling for 30min they don’t answer the phone .
Used to like this place much more. Last several visits over the past couple of months have been disappointing. Great service, but a ghost town. we were 2 of less than 10 customers all night. Ghost town, not inviting! Also the bathrooms have been less tidy than normal. Perhaps worst of all, it is almost unbearably cold inside. We now keep our winter coats on through dinner. Trying to cut cost and cut corners at the discomfort of the patron is no way to run a business.
