Absolutely fabulous flavors and creative products with familiar favorites for those that like the more traditional.
While the ice cream does not have the butterfat content of Richardson's (16%), so it was a bit more soft than hard texture-wise, it more than makes up for that with creativity of flavors and creative treats.
I especially love the Brown Sugar Bourbon Truffle. It was absolute decadent. The ice cream nachos are clever and fun and the toppings cover a wide range from traditional sprinkles to the nostalgic (kids cereal, Reese's puffs) to the tasty. There were cookie dough cakes (chocolate and regular) and ice cream cakes. There were even these cups of (I wish i could remember if it was cake in a cup or something else) something rainbow and delicious looking with frosting.
The owners brother was running it that day and he was lovely. It was over 100F and he was patient with us while we looked over everything. There was no one there when we perused but it picked up quick and he handled the rush no problem even though the store had just recently been rearranged on him.
Definitely a great place to stop for ice cream for anyone of any age or taste!
Super cute shop. The owner is so nice. He gave the kids balloons which they loved. The ice cream was really delicious. They have some really unique cakes for sale too. Wish we lived closer, we would visit often.

My daughter and I was welcomed with the most cheerful attendant. He was very helpful in selecting the best ice cream flavors. The extra touch of the eye balls were so cute and a special treat. Great experience and we will be back for the summer flavors.
Pros. Service is impeccable. It was our first time here and he was so kind about letting us all sample their flavors. Everything we tried was DELICIOUS it was difficult to choose. Cons. Signage made it a little hard to find. The sign outside doesn’t say Tizzy’s so it was a little confusing. But once you get here and have their ice cream, it will all be worth it!! Will definitely be back.

Great experience. Friendly service. I mentioned to them it was our first time there so they mentioned everything they had to offer including free sample bites so you can try the different flavors of ice cream. Nice cozy friendly neighborhood spot I can tell easily even though I'm not from the area. Highly recommended!

Went here while picking my kid up from college. I was recommended this place by my friend who happened to be here a few weeks ago.
They have ice cream options in all different ways. Shakes, scoops, mixed options, delux shakes, cookie sandwiches, you get the point.
The place was small but very inviting. The young lady working the counter on her own was very friendly and efficient.
Prices were reasonable.
We would definitely go back!
