We are traveling...stopped at this Wendy's...love Wendy's...ordered 2 medium frostys they said $6 something at first window...lady says we're out of medium cups would you like small or large...been in the customer care service over 30 years...so we said large...she than re rung up as two large..came to window says that will be 10.60..correct me if im wrong but we should have gotten the up size for the quoted price at the speaker ?? She than had another employee try to understand what we were saying..needless to say we left without my dang frosty ..where did customer service go?

It was Saturday night 11pm. The restaurant and drive throu were closed. There were three customers at the drive window. We saw the Mexican workers inside but they pretended blind and deaf. Very rude and low quality service at that Wendy ?

The food is good for being fast food, spicy chicken sandwich is really good, the Salads are really good for that price ?
Worst breakfast I've ever had in a fast food place ordered sausage egg on English muffin. Muffin tasted a week old served an egg white have no idea where that came from and potatoes on a cardboard box. Threw out 3/4 of the whole mess it wax terrible. My wife croissant was no better except the bacon was crisp that was the only thing done right. Wendy should be ashamed serving food like this. Would have said something but didn't want to upset the young servers never saw a mgr

This visit we needed a quick dinner choice with a salad option. Wendy's new Biggee bag options were perfect for me. My wife enjoyed the taco salad. I didn't want to wait 15 minutes to get through someone else's drive-thru that's allegedly fast food and come home with cold food. Our location is always on point and the breakfast choices have expanded to include a burrito. I'm never disappointed and in my opinion their fries are some of the best. Great job delivering on something like a quick dinner for a hungry guy and his gal.
Parking: Plenty of parking spots on both sides of the building with entrances to compliment them
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility to the entrance is excellent with more than an adequate number of spaces. Doorway is fairly easy to navigate
I come here for lunch all the time and they'll be very backed up but so still manage to get my food out in under 5 minutes
