California Pizza Kitchen at Deer Park

The food was great as usual, but the experience was unforgetful thanks to the manager, Vanessa. She was rude, dismissive, and clearly overwhelmed. When our server asked for her help with a mistake with our food, Vanessa brushed it off and acted like it was beneath her. She was short and condescending with us and our server, and didn't feel like the mix up with the food was worth fixing, so our server had to save the day. If I was the owner, I would seriously try to find a new manager who actually respects and cares about their staff.

Over price you can't go a cross the street to mod pizza an get the same thing with more toping and no need to tip

Pizza was so yummy crust was perfect size not very thick with right amount of crisp 😋

Didn't care for my meal. I ordered a crispy crust for my pizza at an additional cost of $1.50. It was served floppy and not hot.

Ordered three entrees, had to ask for the bread and olive oil when is used to come automatically. Entrees were served 60 seconds after the appetizer. Had to request that they actually put some cheese sauce on the 45 cents worth of rotini pasta on the ENTREE size dish. There was clearly no communication between the various wait staff. Poor training or poor management?
So very disappointed! I have plenty of better choices going forward!

If you come here, make sure Angie isn’t your server. I’ve been here plenty of times and she was by far the worst server I’ve seen in a long time. Three of her tables arrived after us and were all served prior to us. One of tables being right next to us and received their pizza 20 mins prior. Terrible experience. Refills were delayed, no napkins or straws were supplied, no bread was brought to the table… All happening while she was chatting with her coworkers.

Ordered two pizza for take out ,gave uncooked pizza and when called to complain, was told it's a promotion 😂
It's like buying one jeans and getting one off, but you will get second only two knee lengths but still called jeans 🤣🤣🤣😂😂

I ordered lunch duo for $9.99 small pizza and salad. Waiter said several times I could get any small pizza. Bill was over $18+. Never said there was an upcharge so i got sausage and mushrooms. Will never go back
