Hi all ! Thank you for reading my reviews. My wife and I were in the DMV Lake Zurich and decided to have a bite to eat. We found a place for a good lunch. The menu includes salads and pizza. We also liked the coffee. The staff was great.

Great service from Christopher at the front to Zach at the table. The gentleman that brought our food was friendly as well.Our Street Corn, soup, salad, sandwich and pizza were excellent. The complimentary bread was delicious as well.Thanks!

The food was good and always has been here but they gave my friend who has type 1 diabetes a normal coke instead of a coke zero like she ordered. A very serious issue and can cause bad problems.

I cannot begin to describe the unreal service my daughter received yesterday. Assumptions are the worst. Yes 2 teenage girls came in, little did you know they had an unlimited budget. The staff ignored them at the front counter to be seated after a while of making eye contact with waitresses who saw them, they thought it was a seat yourself place since it was them, an older couple and 1 other table. So my daughter grabbed 2 menus and 2 forks and they sat down. To then only overhear a waitress talk about them to another waitress who would be taking care of them. That waitress did bare minimum for them. All while the restaurant is starting to fill and everyone else is being greeted, given baskets of bread and repeatedly checked in on. But not my daughter and her friend. Please go back review the cameras at dinner time 2 girls in denim and brown hair. See how awful your staff treated them and how now in return you will have 1 less family who has a huge group of friends and family local in the area who will also boycott your restaurant until there is an apology. They ruined what was supposed to be a last dinner out before 1 left ... and here you made them feel belittled .. shame should only be on your staff.

First time ever at a CPK. I was invited for lunch and had relatively low expectations, expecting just another pizza place. But I was astonished at the excellent food quality, the delightful presentation and the superior service. I ordered a lunch special, a 7" wild mushroom pizza and a salad. When the salad arrived, my jaw dropped. It was a heaping bowl of salad, with the lettuce nicely chopped up and lots of stuff added in, absolutely scrumptious. It was anything but a 'side' salad. I sampled by wife's tomato soup and found it delightful, just the right amount of spice. and now I'll have trouble in the future trying to decide between the salad or the soup. The mushroom pizza was great ! And the server, Christopher, refilled my coffee cup 3 times before I declined a fourth. I can't remember the last time any server anywhere, kept my coffee cup filled. Deer Park is a drive and now I wish there was a CPK in Crystal Lake because I'd be a regular. 10 star review from me. A Great Value.

Ask for Zach!Very few times have I had such pleasant service at a restaurant. Zach was extremely kind, attentive, and wasn't afraid to crack a few jokes following my families humor! Of course, his bubbly personality wasn't the only thing that captivated our interest, the food we were blessed with made us crave more despite us being full. The ambiance of CPK has always been one to bathe in, though this night seemed especially special as the food was delicious, and the superb service from Zach tied it all together. He is the true reason we're leaving this review. Zach, you rock, and we thank you very much for the privilege of your service. Keep up the great work!
