It tasted like food

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share how exceptional the service was today. I visited the Deer Park store with my son, and when he had a meltdown over losing his favorite toy, the crew member (Sri) went above and beyond. She directed us to a quiet area to help calm him down, then checked in on us with a thoughtful gift for my son, which made his day (it was his birthday!). She was kind, empathetic, and made us feel so comfortable. Thank you, Sri, for making this experience so special!

Best customer service ever. I am a frequent visitor of this establishment and they treat you like family. They not only remember your order -they make it the way you want it with all the customizations!!!

Pathetic. That’s the nicest thing I can say. The owner treats customers like trash and has no concept of basic courtesy. Ice cream is supposed to be fun — not feel like you’re intruding on someone’s bad day. Go anywhere else; literally any other shop would be better.

They have variety of flavours and the ice cream is so Delicious .The staff and manager here is very friendly and patient.

First of all, this location does not answer their phone. I had to call 5 separate times just to finally get ahold of someone. Secondly, don’t use DoorDash to get your Coldstone. They hand off the DoorDash orders to the wrong Dasher; they didn’t even check to make sure the Dasher picked up the right order in my case. He just walked off with it and boom, free ice cream at my expense. Then when I called DoorDash to help me get a refund, Coldstone refused to work with us. I will be contacting corporate. Thank you, DoorDash, for at least refunding me on your end.
