First of all, this location does not answer their phone. I had to call 5 separate times just to finally get ahold of someone. Secondly, don’t use DoorDash to get your Coldstone. They hand off the DoorDash orders to the wrong Dasher; they didn’t even check to make sure the Dasher picked up the right order in my case. He just walked off with it and boom, free ice cream at my expense. Then when I called DoorDash to help me get a refund, Coldstone refused to work with us. I will be contacting corporate. Thank you, DoorDash, for at least refunding me on your end.

The ice cream was good but the service was terrible. My wife and I went in because we had BOGO coupons so we ordered two items each. When we went to pay the cashier took our number and said he found the account but there is no coupon. Then he checked my wifes and said there was no coupon. We showed him the emails saying that they were loaded to our account still would not accept them.
The BOGO is what brought us to the store and the cashier not honoring them is what made it our last time in that store.
Replying to the Owner:
I gave you 4 phone numbers because the coupons should have been on there as it said on the email that I showed you. As a "courtesy" you first said you would give one free then when I went to pay you said you could not do that but instead 10%.
What I should have done was just walk out of the store without completing the transaction since the BOGO is what we went there for and you could not honor it. Instead you may consider the $35 my parting gift to your store.

My son and I enjoyed our visit to Coldstone Creamer Deer Park, IL yesterday. I absolutely love the Coffee Lovers ice cream. Hard to try another choice when you know you know you love a specific choice. Love this place!
Kid-friendliness: Love that the display is glass and low enough for kids to admire the selection. They have great waffle cones too. So many options! And they even sell chocolate!
Wheelchair accessibility: The tables are movable and the space around chairs can be moved according to your needs.
