The pasta is good, never overcooked or under. Sometimes the employee forget to tell us if something is extra charged. So we have to ask questions to avoid surprises.

This is definitely not the Noodles & Company of old. The menu had so many new things that what I used to love wasn't available anymore. Noodles were not cooked long enough. $60 for 4 is crazy for pasta and a tiny but of chicken. Almost the same price for Olive Garden and there you get breadsticks and soup/salad.

They eliminated the plastic to go containers! HURRAY and THANK YOU! The new - recyclable - containers are very much appreciated!!!

This N&C is so painfully mediocre that it's just awful. While it suffers from the same epidemic as most fast food places where the prices have doubled and the portions are halved, they went the extra mile with the guy who took our order literally yawning without covering his mouth and saying, "Is that all?" Then we get our food, and sauces were just trash. The cheese sauce was coagulated and fully separated, and the spicy korean beef sauce had been watered down to the point I felt like I was eating noodle cereal. To cap it all off, when it started raining, our corner table was drenched by a leak within 30 seconds.
This restaurant is so bad that if a manager contacted me offering me free food to get rid of my negative review, I would report them to the police for threatening me with cruel retaliation for trying to subject me to their awful food again. You can do so much better eating out than paying $12-15 for 6 ounces of noodles and sauce that costs $1-2 in ingredients and takes very little time and effort.
