I miss this place! Great food, great service, I hope they open again

Everytime i order DoorDash from this place something is missing. Then I have to drive out to the restaurant to get the replacement.

Always treats my family and I like family. Will always go here for a good burger and family night!!!

For a chain restaurant, they have tasty well made food, generous portions, and excellent safe curbside service and a great team. Family always finds something they love here. Great for grade school kids and hungry parents!

Ordered 3 burgers and customized for every burger “no pink” . Unfortunately, All of them had the raw meat inside, it was disgusting for me, as I’m not a lover of “rare” & “medium rare” style. My husband eat half of it but I couldn’t finish mine. Disappointed.

Amazing customer service! The GM Blake went above and beyond for us when our order wasn't delivered through DoorDash. He did his best to rectify the issue and I couldn't be happier with how he handled it. My husband and I had our very first date at a Red Robin and we always turn to it when we need a pick-me-up. Blake, thank you for everything you have done for us. Your dedication reminds us why we love this restaurant so much!

Burgers were just right, onion rings can be addictive. Service staff was perfect. Everyone was practicing safe protocols. Will definitely return.

Went there to have a chesse burger and after 1/2 hr, I started to have a sharp pain in my belly following of diarhea, did they used bad meat???

They are going above and beyond using wonderful COVID precautions to make everyone feel safe! Also, Matt is the best waiter! Everyone made my partner's first time here enjoyable! We will come back soon!

Tried outside seating. After being seated, no one came to the table. No one. We just left. At least we didn't have to wait for a bill - we might still be waiting.

The price is just right for the serving, and the food was delectable! A great place to go!

Take this review for the year we’re living through right now (2020) and that nothing is normal. Had this been a normal year, it would have been lower, but they’re trying to get by. Food: One burger was completely the wrong style. Salad was sub par and not very fresh. Chicken sandwich was small and dried out. Resturant: A few plates (for sharing) were dirty and a few pieces for silverware. The entire bathroom floor was sticky for some reason. If you love this place, just order takeout and skip dinning inside.

Paid for my meal using a combination of gift cards and credit card. Later found that this restaurant applied the entire charge to my credit after taking the gift cards, essentially making me pay twice for my meal. Spoke to the manager, but they were combative and unhelpful. Good food, but with this kind of service, it is not worth it.
