I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls

I ordered 2 times in the last 2 weeks and both my orders delivered last night and Tuesday were wrong. Last night I ordered 1 bowl and got 3 bowls delievered nothing close to what I ordered or wanted. This has happened the last 2-3 months. Was never like this before. Not trying to be rude but they need someone just checking orders. I ordered at 745 pm it wasn’t during a big dinner or lunch rush. I’m also 9 months pregnant and due any day and it’s so disappointing and not appetizing to get the food you want when your so uncomfortable.

i went to this location yesterday with my friend & the employees were the nicest/friendliest of any location! the guy who made my bowl (i’m not sure what his name is, but his hair was half purple ☺️) was SO nice!! the food here tasted extra fresh compared to other times/other lotions, as well—even though it’s always good, it was extra good!

The meal was delicious. My grievance is that in order to participate in the rewards you must order thru the app or online. This does make me cheated, although petty, I still feel cheated.

The past two times I’ve gone they forgot the chicken in my salads
I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

went to sweetgreen Mansfield got 2 bowls the garlic steak and the salmon both were bad the steak was so tough I couldn't get a metal fork with sharpened tines into the chunks the wild rice was not cooked properly cucumbers were super bitter the salmon was so over cooked it was hard avocados were very under ripe again the white rice was under cooked it was crunchy I won't be going back the service was good and the staff was pleasant
