I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.
The buffalo chicken salad is bomb diggity! Service is great

went to sweetgreen Mansfield got 2 bowls the garlic steak and the salmon both were bad the steak was so tough I couldn't get a metal fork with sharpened tines into the chunks the wild rice was not cooked properly cucumbers were super bitter the salmon was so over cooked it was hard avocados were very under ripe again the white rice was under cooked it was crunchy I won't be going back the service was good and the staff was pleasant

some of the best salad creations I've tasted so far. The Chicken Avocado Ranch and the Hummus + Focaccia complete a good meal for me. I miss the KBBQ salad though. highly recommended.
Normally this place is spot on with everything. Today I met Samantha. She has bad customer service skills, is rushed, and doesn't seem to care about making the food properly. Otherwise this place is good.

Visited Madison, WI for a swim meet this weekend and I discovered SG. I cannot even put into words how delicious the menu is. I didn't go just once...I came back...a total of 4 times!! Tried new things each time - the sauces are unbelievable, ingredients so fresh! Every single time the staff was helpful, smiling, and genuinely kind. Such a happy and joyful vibe. A special shout out to Melvin and Chaz, you guys rock!! Thank you!! I will forever be a fan. 💚

I was late here by the video of the employee, denying a homeless person inside and she just wanted a cup of water. Thank God for the man who came and paid for her meal and still the manager didn’t allow her and disgusting. You guys could never get my money.
This is the best sweetgreen by far. Not only is the service crew sweet and Sweetgreen attentive of their regulars, out of all the sweetgreens I’ve been to they hold true to the quality of the freshness of their foods. I actually get upset because this is not my local one, but the one I go to when I go to work, so when I have to order delivery the food just is not as appetizing as when I go to Deer Park. Thank you Samantha, the management crew, and Anya for being so great. You make every experience a pleasure.
a solitary youtube video lead me here, and to say I was heartbroken is beyond description. A homeless woman simply wanted a bit of water and it was caught on camera how she was treated. ice water/hot water, it will not kill your business to be kind. until the employee/manager saw he was being recorded, he treated that woman like absolute trash. do better.
I placed an Uber Eats order today and mistakenly selected the wrong location, 15 miles away. When I arrived to collect my order, the manager told me I had to go to the other location. I asked if she would accept the order if I contacted them, but she refused and insisted I drive to Schaumburg to pick it up.
When I requested to speak to another manager, she claimed she was the only one available and would not remake the order, even if I canceled and reordered. Meanwhile, she was distracted by friends visiting her at work.
While I acknowledge my mistake, her lack of assistance was disappointing, especially for a premium-priced service. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.
Kudos to Uber Eats for promptly resolving the issue and canceling the order.
I placed an order for pickup for 4 salads. I arrived right on time and when I asked if the salads were ready I was told that someone must have stolen them off the shelf. Richard the Manager said this happens all the time and they didn’t have time to watch the food. I asked them to remake the salads and he said he couldn’t do that and I had to email customer service to get a refund and put in a new order. Horrible customer service and I definitely will never be back.
