I am on a diet so I have to be careful what I eat (I legit haven't had McDonald's, Taco Bell, Burger King, Sonic, Culver's in over 3 years) and when I heard about this place it was perfect. I ordered my first meal and it was so delicious and then I kept coming back after that. The food is always delicious and nice and warm whenever I get delivery. I always get the focaccia and humus because it's delicious, the only thing I notice is that from the Schaumburg location they actually cut up the bread like on the website but at the Deer Park they don't. Might need to make that consistent. I will def. be ordering from here again and again.

Generally the food is very good, but the protein portion sizes are pretty small, and for the last 4 visits there has been at least one topping missing. For the price they should really be more careful.

Tired of giving this place a chance. Got 5 pieces of chicken today. Don’t know how you can mess up portion size when you literally have a serving cup. Refused to add extra chicken without charge even though the second bowl, meant to be veggie (no chicken), messed up on got a whole chicken which they decided to not give. Also got charged for two chicken bowls when I ordered 1 veggie 1 chicken bowl.

i’ve read some pretty nasty review of this location, but i went in and ordered my salad to go with no issues! the worker making my salad was very sweet and attentive; all the ingredients were correct and i didn’t see any cross contamination. i’ve never online ordered at this location so i can’t speak for that, but i did have an enjoyable experience and the portion + ingredients were correct.

The kids working here during the day really try giving good service. My gripe with this place is that everything absorbs the meat and fish flavors. Especially the tomatoes. So if you're a vegetarian, expect a little stank in your salad. Wish they would segregate better.

Based on reviews I read on this location I was apprehensive but I'm glad I visited for lunch today. There were a couple people ahead of me but the line moved quickly. My Harvest Bowl was delicious and the service was great. The almonds were swapped with cucumber - no extra charge. I could've swapped the almonds for a variety of things without charge. The young lady who made my bowl was cheerful and friendly. She asked if I wanted my dressing mixed in or on the side. The side cup I received was the perfect amount for me. There were quite a few people sitting in the dining area (looked clean) eating too. My experience was similar to other locations I've visited. I will be back.
Might want to update the front door. We were greeted by looks when we walked in after reading Monday-Sunday 10-9 on the front door. Turns out after the staff told everyone they were closed as we left, they actually closed at 8.

Embarrassing. Two kids take out meals. These are supposed to be the "Mini Mezzes". Do yourself a favor and compare the online menu to what I received before you order from this place.If you like chicken scraps with tortilla crumbs, then this is your place.
