I came excited to eat at Aloha Poke, it was 8:30pm and I realize they close at 9pm. I have eaten here before and there was never an issue but when it comes to raw fish and rice there has to be a higher level of safety protocol. I asked for a kahuna plate, and the worker told the other worker to just use the rice that was sitting on the counter, I was honestly a bit shocked. I would’ve have been understanding if the workers told me they were out of rice but they actually just tried to use the rice that was just sitting on the counter. There was white rice and brown rice sitting on the counter in the plastic to-go bowls. It was not covered and not being kept warm, it was just at room temperature. I don’t know how long the rice was sitting on the counter but rice can grow bacteria if not kept warm and can really get someone sick. I hope this isn’t something they do just to get out of work sooner, this is an actual concern and food handling and safety should be the priority. I hope they will not do this again because it can get someone sick.

This is a nice poke place & and the entries very fairly priced, seems a little cheaper then other similar poke places. The atmosphere is of a little more upscale fast food place - nice and clean but not super cozy or stylish. Good place to have a quick bite of healthy tasty food but nothing to write home about. You won't regret stopping here. Oh, and I also loved the the water was filtered - they poor it from a carafe filter stored in a fridge.

Were loving Aloha poke and hope the hot streak continues! The food is fresh, at a reasonable cost, and nice sized portions. They have a lot of base options including a healthier cauliflower rice option. The ahi tuna marinated was out of this world and deserves the 5 stars alone. If you like poke, this is a must!

I ordered delivery and they forgot my sauces in my poke bowl. Barely any fish compared to other poke places I’ve been to. Miso soup tasted like water and soy sauce (no miso).

Parking: It’s a strip center so there are many parking spaces. No problem.
The big bowl is enough for 2 people. Liked all the choices to customize your bowl

I've tried The Aloha Poke Deerfield location a few times. The food is consistent and Poke bowl choices are great. It is on the pricier side - you can expect to spend $15-20 for the standard bowls and there are upcharges for customizing your ingredients.
There isn't too much parking in front of the store so if you are in a hurry, it can be a challenge getting your food on time.
Overall I like the poke here - great spot for a light lunch

I’ve ordered a couple times from here for pickup and it’s always great. Ingredients are fresh and plentiful and they always get the order right! Aloha poke is always satisfies my craving for a fresh flavorful meal and it’s always so filling. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer and whenever anyone asks where to go for poke… Aloha Poke is the place!
