This is by far the best B&R I’ve been to in a long time. Clean, excellent service, and great atmosphere. Music on the patio was great.

I ordered a cake for the 24th, took it home and went to go serve it to everyone at the party and when people started eating it it had a nasty taste and was the worst cake I have ever had. So I called to get a refund from the store and they told me no you can’t have a refund. So I called corporate to get this situation resolved and they took my information and sent it to the store. So today the district manager called me just to tell me I waited too long to call them and they will not give me a refund at all. I will never go to this company for anything anymore. Worst customer service I have had in a long time!!

Love this place. Obviously the chocolate, the deserts, and great coffee. Yet, I love the food here Picture shows the omelet Provencal and Pumpkin Spice Latte with house made pumpkin puree.
Very courteous and knowledgable staff. They not only made a fantastic birthday cake, but also spent the time with us to design it! Thanks to Art and staff for an outstanding cake!

This place has terrible customer service. I called looking for a cake and the lady told me that she's too busy to talk to me and hung up. Management should train their employees better. I was about to purchase a $35 cake, but I guess not.

Very rude employee in drive thru Thursday night!he talked really bad to some delivery driver instead of helping him!because he needed help to place the order for customer!
