I am not the kind of person to ever write a review on a restaurant. But my experience at this chick-fil-A was horrible and frankly disgusting. My sister found an earwig in her food. AN ACTUAL BUG! when we told the staff, they basically dismissed it, saying it happens sometimes. What do you mean it happens sometimes? How often do people find bugs in your food? They gave a refund, but the whole situation was not handled properly and made me concerned if the restaurant violates health codes often. Someone could get incredibly sick! It is unsettling to think they do not properly wash, handle, or maintain their produce. Absolutely disgusting and unethical. I'm disappointed with the treatment she received and I'm concerned that this will 100% happen to someone else. I wish I could leave zero stars!

There was a bug in my salad. The manager told me “sometimes it’s in the produce” as if this was normal. Makes me wary of how the produce is being washed and stored. Completely disgusted!
I like this place. The staff are OVERLY NICE and the food is consistent. The spicy chicken ? sammy is solid…the only thing I should remember to pass on is the lettuce (it shhould not be on a hot sammy- It becomes flimsy and gross). Fries are good and the ? lemonade is excellent. This may be “fast food” but I never feel “rushed” in this place.

The absolute worst CFA I have ever experienced. Rude workers with bad attitudes, and then cold food. This location is a complete disappointment. I would not recommend going here.

I moved to this area at the beginning of 2023. Aside from my regular job I also do Doordash. As a regular customer I have nothing bad to say because my son loves the nuggets, fries and Sunjoy. I used to come here a few times a month as a customer and almost on a daily basis as a Dasher. A few months back in Spring of 2024 they got a new Owner - Operator and they changed some processes which required the employees to ask Dashers to "confirm" they received the order. This process is fine because it cuts down on Dashers who steal orders. However I noticed they wouldn't ask some Dashers to "confirm" but then they'd ask me. I did not want to make things about race so I let it go for a while until on one occasion an employees tried touching "confirm" themselves and on another occasion being told they would not give me the food unless I pressed "confirm". Also the tone used when speaking to me was not the same tone afforded to their regular customers and also not the way they would talk to me when I was a regular customer. One of the last times I was at this location dashing, one of the managers very rudely demanded I press confirm or she would not give me the food. I told her not to speak to me like that and the new owner began yelling at me to not speak to his employees this way, but said nothing of her actions. The owner said all Dashers get the same treatment and will be asked to "confirm" evertime. I delivered the order and received another order for this location and they did not ask me to "confirm". I told the owner of this and he demanded I tell him which one of his employees it was.....I'm not a snitch ?. Shortly after this I was black listed from Dashing here, so now I no longer come to this location as a regular customer either. I called corporate and they gave me a free dessert, I guess that's all my trouble is worth. Corporate also advised they'd let the owner know about my complaint, I never received a call. More things happened but I have only provided the necessary info. For this to be a company that does not deny their faith and proudly waved their Jesus flag, they don't act very Godly.
