My daughter and I stopped in Wednesday morning. Alex cheerfully greeted us as soon as we walked in. Chick fil A restaurant are known for their hospitality but Alex and Tammy who took and filled our order went above and beyond duty to make us feel welcome. My daughter was overjoyed at how delicious her vanilla ice coffee tasted and appreciated Tammy's offer to adjust flavor if it was not to her liking. The many small extra touches to our meal made our visit extraordinary! We will be stopping back in anytime we are in the area:)

Probably the best location in the chain I've ever gone to, and I've probably gone to 50 of them around the country. The staff here are always well dressed, polite, smart and they h-u-s-t-l-e. Everything just runs well and reeks of well-organized trained people. As a result, there are no long crazy lines here, even on busy weekends. I can think of some specific locations in Georgia and Colorado that could learn a lesson or two from this owner/operator.

My friends and I dined in and the service was so good. Everyone needs a raise there. Each staff member took a personal interest in our dining experience. Shout out Phillip! All the staff members had such positive energy. Will be coming back!

I’ve been coming to Chick-fil-A for many years and have visited locations all over the country. Customer service has always been top notch until now. Unfortunately, this was the first time I’ve experienced truly poor service at one of your restaurants.

During my visit yesterday evening, the drive-thru staff specifically Brody and a shorter girl with blondish hair seemed overwhelmed and unprepared. I had a coupon for a free ice cream, and when I reached the window, I was told the machine was producing a liquid custard. I asked if the coupon could be saved for a future visit instead, but was met with attitude and told that it had already been used and I had to take the ice cream.

What I received was a kids cup with a small squirt of soupy ice cream and a cone laid on top barely enough to fill even a fifth of a cone. It felt like a complete waste of time. The right thing to do would have been to say, “We’ll save your coupon come back when the machine is working properly.” Instead, I was treated as if I was being unreasonable for even asking.

The young woman’s demeanor came off as snobby, and Brody didn’t seem to know how to handle the situation. This is not the standard I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A, and I won’t be returning to this location. If you’re looking for great service, I highly recommend the Skokie location instead they uphold the brand’s reputation far better.

I ordered the #2 meal, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience—again. The fries had one of those mashed-together, overcooked chunks that looked like a bunch of scraps fused together and deep-fried beyond recognition. Honestly, it didn’t even seem edible. It looked like something that had been sitting in the fryer for a couple of days.

This isn’t the first time I’ve received something like that here, which is why I can’t give more than 3 stars.

The only reason I’m giving 3 and not 1 is because of the staff. The team members are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their customer service is great, and they do their best every time. But the quality of the food has been going downhill, and that’s hard to overlook.

I really hope they start paying more attention to what they’re serving—people come here expecting fresh, high-quality food, not leftovers mashed into a fry.
