The food is good but the workers are not friendly. No smiles, no personality. Anyone can make a burrito but customer service requires a winning attitude. Please hire some happy people.
On May 8, 2025, late afternoon, I dined at this location.
The service was ok, although they count the pieces of meat and veggies on the salad bowl!
What really must be addressed immediately is keeping the tables and floors clean at all times.
I rarely eat at Chipotle in Deerfield BUT this is a pattern whenever I visit them.
The manager/s must train the staff and supervise them. Maybe their should be a shift leader who will monitor...

food was really good and fresh! they even let me have a sample of the new chicken :) I love coming here with my friends on my days off. you other reviewers need to realize theyre trained to close have of the store for cleaning and the “dirty tables” on the other have WERE clean but those teenage white boys that never get taught manners and how to clean up after themselves always leave it disgustingly dirty. that isnt the workers fault if after cleaning it a whole group of...
