Both vegetarian and with meat Moussakas were delicious. Dover Sole was outstanding. My salmon fillet with feta and spinach wrapped in phyllo was good. The egg lemon soup was ok. The potatoes and vegetables weren't hot.

They put us in a private room for a party of 6 with no other tables and the waitress literally forgot about us. Never came in unless we got up and left the room to go ask for something. 3 out of the 6 entrees came out freezing and n needed to be sent back. Of course we had to go find someone to ask to send them back. It was a shame because their food there is always delicious. Once it came out right it was good. The whole no service thing ruined the night.

Normally one of our favorite restaurants however the day we went with 6 people it took an extra long time for the food to come out and not the usual quality. I don't blame the server as I recognize him as a long time emploee who is always very good. Every business can have a bad day but in the restaurant business one bad day can definitily put a bad taste in your mouth!

Demetri's is always a good choice. We always get the same items; that is, a bottle of St. George red wine: Saganaki, one order of butterflied lamb chops (usually you get five) with mixed vegetables, and either Greek salad or soup.
We went there for Mother's Day. Had a party of 8. Great service and excellent food. Lamb Chops were great. I highly recommend Demetri's.

Recommended. The food was good and our server was pleasant, patient, and efficient . I especially enjoyed my salmon wrapped in phyllo dough and stuffed with spinach and feta cheese. Baklava was very tasty as well. The noise level made it a bit difficult to hear some in our party. Maybe sound absorbing tiles on the wall or ceiling would be helpful.

Food pretty good, service had a slip in terms of attentiveness, but overall ok. But prices high, plus they added a mandatory 18% tip b/c we had seven people (I know added gratuity standard for 6 or more, but forcing 18% is a bit rich), and then added another fat charge ($10) because we paid with a card. So low marks for value.

If you like your food microwaved this is the place for you! I'm pretty sure the food sits around until someone orders it then they just microwave it and send it out. It might not be everything but it was everything that was orderd at our table.
