I work down the street so I stop over now and again for coffee ect. The staff are always RUDE and slow as can be. NEVER get the order correct and just don't care about the customer. Donuts are stale never fresh

I don't understand how one location, can screw up almost every single order. I'm pregnant with significant nausea and felt good enough to go out today to grab myself some lunch from Dunkin. I ordered the easiest order in the world. Two wake up wraps with bacon, and no cheese. I reiterated no cheese more than once to prevent getting home and opening my food to cheese. It's my fault I didn't check before leaving obviously now wish I would have but of course I get home to cheese smothered food. I sent a complaint in for a refund hopefully I can recieve it as this location can't get an order right ever. So disappointing. Small problem yes, but inconvienent as can be especially when you're pregnant and hardly have the energy to leave the house.
