My friends have complained to me about a server. He was very rude to them. He kept reminding them additional charges will be applied when placing orders. (My friends never wasted any food) I had the same experience with the same server today. He was also very rude to me. He was not friendly at all. It was very hard to enjoy the food when dealing with a very unfriendly server. Even though we enjoyed the food, but I don't think I wanted to go back. It was a very unpleasantly experience. In addition, the server was very slow. We had to wait for a long time for him to serve us.

Food and price were great! Szechuan broth tasted nice and spicy with the peppercorns, but the meat was a bit fatty. Other than that, service was good and they had many of the staple hot pot ingredients. Would come back again!

The hot pot is pretty good, I don't understand why they can't monitor a table appropriately for sushi and hot pot since they are both AYCE and honestly is anyone really eating more if they have both sushi and hotpot, especially since they have a charge for left over food. My biggest qualm though is the additional wagyu at $8 per nigri, see picrel... also, what was up with the cook on it, why was it cooked? Not what we expected to be handed, very disappointed about that.

Hotpot is perfect for a chilly weather. The service is great! No issues with parking. Now for the food. My favorite broth is the Original which has just a kick of spicy in it. There were 2 of us and we each got our own bowl. So we had the Original and Tomato broth. The quality of meat is good. I actually like that they bring out few sfuff at a time to make sure it doesnt go to waste. The veggies are buffet market table style so you can just go to the buffet station and grab what you want. Add $10 and you also get their all you can eat sushi. Iam definitely coming back! Happy eating!

I am so glad to be here to have this fantastic hot pot experience! We chose original and mushroom as our broth base! They brought us tons of meats! We went to the area to choose all our veggies and sauces! It's definitely one of the experiences I am going back to!
Probably the best hot pot I've been to, incomparable to other hot pot restaurants. The dining area and vegetable, sauce bar, and dessert buffet areas were clean and tidy with so much variety. Went for the hot pot only option for lunch ($30/person). They also have all you can eat sushi which was an extra $5-6/person. Ordered and pictured here is their Original and Thai Tom Yum broth. The Original is definitely their own signature and different from others. The Thai Tom Yum was perfect with a nited level-2 hot. Beef Belly and Brisket were our favorite meat options. Can't wait to go back again and also can't wait for their closer location to open.

Service was great! Our waitress was so sweet and complimented my friend and I. Theres a large selection of meats which i really liked. Keep in mind though, the floors are kind of slippery!

3rd time this year since our experience was great but was a little bit disappointed this time. It was a busy full pack friday night and they only have 2 waiters checking all the tables. Maybe the confusion started when we asked to move to a normal table from a bar table and the waiters got confused on who should take care of us. It was our first time to experience that no one is proactively asking us our orders. The waiter went to the table beside us and check them more than 5 times but we have to always ask for assistance and they just skip us almost the entire time. We still gave 20% tip but honestly there should be a better system.

Don't go to this restaurant. The service is terrible. If you want to order sushi, you will have to wait a long time and pay an extra $10 per person for everyone in your party. Nearly an hour after your meal, the bill will come to you. If you pay, it will automatically show that you paid 25% of the consumption-unless you change the tip amount, but you must pay a minimum tip of 18%. And they don’t give you a bill. It’s just an average buffet-level restaurant. As a result, you actually pay much more than the buffet when you check out.
